Property shabby.
It took me 24 hours begging for hair dryer. Kept getting excuses.
Finally, I was given a hair dryer.
Some of the lighting in room broken and not working
Bathtub needs glazing..chipped and stained.
Poor insulation from upstairs unit so their loud footsteps kept me away a lot.
Would not recommend this property to anyone until it gets necessary upgrade.
The price was very good for a good place to spend the night. The door and the window are noise blocking as we could not hear the cars on the road.

The location was ideal for my family. It was convenient to go to different parts of the Choealla valley. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient to Palm Spring. Next to a Truck Stop and noisy highway. Bath towels were so thin...like what you wash the car with.
Room size was great. I think since we booked with Expedia they put us back by the highway
rooms were clean, bed and pillows are super comfortable! the best part was interacting with ana at the front desk during check-in.the second best part was interacting with devon during checkout.they are definitely an asset to their organization!! thanks to you both 😁
We were in town to see a show at a nearby casino. The price was right and it was a short, easy drive to our destination. All the employees were very friendly and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Everything was clean. It’s a simple place, but great if you’re looking for a cheaper stay for a few nights.

I wish there was a blow dryer in the room. The morning staff was rude when we checked out. I burned my hand with the coffee and he was only concerned that I spilled the coffee and could care less that I burned my hand.

Disgusting, Dirty rooms and when I checked out and told the worker, he replied,”oh I think you were expecting a 5 star hotel”. I definitely know I get what I pay for but I do not like finding clumps of hair on the floor, the bed, and in the shower…

VERY basic motel. No carpet on laminate flooring, nothing on the walls. Little furniture or lighting, basic towels. Next to the worst place we've stayed in.
But it was clean, so I gave it 2 stars; o/w it would be a 1 star.
It was worse than we expected and we'd never stay there again and would not recommend it unless your decision was financial.
Wanted less expensive clean, no frills, modern overnight room. Our room nicely met our expectations.

The room was ok. It was spacious and mostly clean. The beds were reasonably comfortable.
Worst parts - it smelled like someone perfumed over cigarette smoke. It permeated the room and the bedding.
The bathroom had hair on the floor when we arrived, especially behind the door. There was also hair and dirt in the cubbies where the clean towels were kept.
We couldn't keep a connection to the WiFi and kept getting dropped.
We were surprised that the bathroom only came with 2 bars of soap. There was no shampoo to be found.

It was a convinient location, with no frills. Would have been nice to have a 2nd chair in the room so I didn't have to stand while eating. I should have asked for one.

It was close to what we wanted to do. Checking in was great, I wish I got the name of the employee who checked us in because he was awesome. The sign on the lobby door said the lobby opened at 6:00 am but when I went at 6:30 am to get coffee the door was locked. The guy working (didn't get name and different from the one who checked us in) seemed irritated that I wanted to come in for coffee but he did let me in.
