I found the friendliness of the staff to be exceptional. I have stayed in alot of different places and have never planned on staying there a second time. I will definitely be staying there again.

Worst hotel. Paid for my reservation, showed up at 3am and it’s not 24/7 front desk. Had to call a number on the door 3 times before they answered and they were rude and said I didn’t have a reservation. When I had Expedia help , they even hung up on Expedia ! Horrible

Uhh the heating didn’t work , the tv a time before that just froze, no trash cans

No staff on hand for check in or problem solving. Had to call a phone number to get shoddy service from an unkempt clerk. No heat in room,linens were dirty sink and tub had not been cleaned. Promised a refund. I’ll believe it when I see it

I slept in a room that was very uncomfortably cold. The heat unit wasn’t working properly and there were no extra blankets to cover up with. Other than that it was a peaceful location.

The staff was super nice but there was bugs all over the room, we bought bug spray and sprayed the room. We upgraded to a kitchenette, which just meant a broken hot plate but no other items that a usual kitchenette has (plates, pans, etc). We have stayed here before without issues however this trip will be our last time. I hesitated leaving this review because the staff were and have always been so nice.
