"We have stayed here a number of times in past years. We still found it to be quiet, away from the busy traffic of Shipshewana and very comfortable. Easy checking in and out, too. Friendly staff! "

"Had a great experience. Don't stay at hotels much but it was perfect for what I needed it for. Friendly staff no issues. Clean room and clean lobby. No bad smells. Really spacious bathroom which was nice! "

"WE were given a room on the 4th floor. Walking down the hallway was an experience in its self. There was a hole in the wall where it looked like an attempt to repair possibly a water line was done but not completed. This was around 7 PM & a cleaning carat was still in the hall way. The 1st room we got had no refrigerator, microwave or the chair that goes with the desk. We needed a fridge for storing medication The 2nd room had the furniture but you couldn't close the door so you could lock it. Upon checking the screws (some) were missing from the top door hinge & the rest of them were loose. The front desk clerk came up to look & gave a a key to another room. That room was ok' But we have run into this issue before with hotels by Wyndham and especially in Kalamazoo. There is a Baymont on the other side of Kalamazoo where we stayed & it was much worse. This will be our last stay at Baymonts Inns."
