“A good place to stay”

I stayed for 4 days in March 2012. My room was spacious, and the staff were all friendly. Breakfast was available in the lobby every morning, and there was a good selection. There was plenty of room in the parking lot.

Dated but clean, helpful and friendly staff. Free breakfast kept well stocked.

It was an all around enjoyable experience meeting all the expectation I had of a super 8 hotel experience. Freindly staff, clean, comfortable. Nothing more needed for a quick one night stay

This hotel is easy to get to and convenient to most shopping and attractions in Thunder Bay. In spite of being on a main thoroughfare it is quiet; just make sure the room is on the back side of the hotel to avoid traffic noise. An adequate breakfast is served every morning but if you want something more, either for breakfast or other meals, there are restaurants within walking distance. A good spot for an overnight stay.

“Pretty decent place to stay!”

I found this model a pretty decent place to stay. It was clean and sufficiently quiet. None of the bar noises that others have reported, no loud music. The room doors could stand a little more noise insulation, though, as you can hear every person passing by. Internet service is excellent.

Quaint place with some updating needed. Close to many site seeing places.

I like the location itself, except the way to find it. The city is being developing, so the streets are fairly difficult to find.
