“My experience wasn't great but I did hear good comments from other attendees.”

My room temperature was very cold. The heater doesn't give out heat. The pillows were very lumpy and I couldn't sleep well. The shower took a long time for hot water to come. Only three fitness equipments were in the fitness area in the same area by the pool. Hotel does provide 2 hour access to a fitness gym across the street (5 mins walk). For the price I am paying, I expect better value.

“Not Impressed”

I would say that as far as we are concerned we would not stay again. For the amount we paid for a room to have stains on carpet so bad that we would not take off our shoes on floor and the carpet had peices cut out and then hunks just put down was bad. I expected more from this Hotel from the looks and the fact that they have bid wedding receptions etc there. We went for our Anniversary and was sorry we spent the money
