Was the nicest hotel I ever stayed in Europe. And have travelled extensively over the last 25 years. The hotel room was large with great features like a mini kitchen, pants press, coffee maker, shower robe, slippers to name a few. Breakfast was amazing with multiple selections.Also the location was great, 20 min walk from the train station and right across the street from the center of town.

the staff went out of the way to accommodate me after a long journey. the breakfast is excellent. the location was most convenient for all tourist attractions but also for my business. the location and comfort were the most important aspects for me

I thought I sent this a minute ago. Our stay at the hotel ((3 nights) was great. The check-in staff was helpful, and arranged parking. The breakfast staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The man who got our car was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great hotel. Our only complaint was the WiFi. It disconnected every time the screen-saver timed out, and It often took SEVERAL tries to reconnect. This is frustrating after awhile. The only other hotel where we've had WiFi problems was Best Western Bamberg. Could it be that Best Western has a general contract for all its hotels in Germany with an incompetent internet provider? Anyway, other than that, a great hotel. Thanks.

Der var parkering for hotellets gæster, som vi ikke måtte nbruge. Parkering i nærliggende hus 25 eur. Morgenmaden kostede 24 eur pr person. Godt men lige i overkanten

Perfect location to explore Weimar
The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to explore the city! The staff is helpful. the rooms are well maintained. The spa is small but nice.

Best Western Weimar.
The air-conditioning did not work well and when we asked to have it checked the front desk person came up and said it was working fine. She said she had no other rooms to move us to. Disappointing as air-conditioning was one of the things we wanted most. Good location near lots of sight-seeing locations in town.

Expedia website said parking available, limited spaces, valet parking extra. When I arrived I was told there was only valet parking at 25 Euros per night. I pointed them to your website and they were very rude about it. Website also says Restaurant but there is no restaurant. Very rude staff.

Conveniently located in centre of town next to one of the main bus stops. Luxurious hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Thoughtful points are a small fridge for cooling one's own drinks and keeping food fresh. Used to be the minibar obviously. Umbrella in cupboard and more at the hotel entrance. The safe was very small - only just managed to fit my laptop in. We decided against breakfast, because it was vastly overpriced. We paid a quarter as much in a nearby café.

GREAT GREAT, GREAT! Everything was great! A/C could have been colder, but it worked. Again wonderful property. I did not have the breakfast since I thought it was little over-priced. I parked myself in the self parking about a half a block away (20 Euro)…………. Again great property.

Historic but not particularly comfortable
The public spaces of this hotel are gracious. The comfort of the room is outdated, with amenities including a tinny radio built into the wall next to the bed, 1 packet of instant coffee with an electric kettle, and a bidet. The "air conditioning" seems to consist of a sound effect. The minibar's refrigerator likewise involved no cooling.
