Great location. Easy access to public transport. Lake view is a highlight. Warm hospitality. A little bit of improvement on cleanliness would make a short stay just perfect.

The guy working in the swimming poor was very rude. I asked him if there was any button to turn on the jet water for the spa, he answered me like he wanted to hit me. Very hard to find cold drinking water(ice or ice water) in the hotel.

Very late check in and then had problems with the aircon in my room. They moved me within half an hour, very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, pretty standard stuff for this class of hotel, but the bathroom was the best part: spacious, well equipped, great shower. Breakfast was also great.
Great hotel but in a bad location due to the metro line works right outside the entrance. The building works went on all night and although it wasn't intrusive inside the hotel the traffic restriction and dust was noticable. Apart from that, great staff and a well kept hotel with good refreshment services. The metro stop will be another bonus once completed.
I stayed in Tianjin for 3 days. The location of this hotel is far from satisfactory. I could not call it a location at all. We had to take a taxi from the hotel to the subway everytime. With luck, the taxi fare in the mainland is still reasonable and affordable. Also, the concierga service is very helpful and gave us much travelling tips. The room space and decoration are very nice too.
The staff was excellent and the hotel was clean.
I thought that the breakfast was overpriced at RMB 168 and with the addition of tip comes to around $ 30.
I do have to admit that the breakfast had a extremely wide range to please everyone.
I would recommend the hotel.
I would also like the hotel to have newspapers available in the morning.
Overall very nice hotel. Great fitness center, clean rooms, newer than most hotels in Tianjin. Good price value. Breakfast is just average, like most hotels in summer in China, AC never gets rooms quite as cool as you want .
Overall I was pleased with my stay. However, getting a taxi in Tianjin is a challenging task.

Disappointed with the service
The hotel is great, but the service is not as good. They did not leave me any towel or bathrobe after cleaning. I had to call and ask for them at midnight. And the staff did not say a word of greeting, not to mention apologies, when he brought them up to me. Also, there were supposed to provide two bottles of water as complementary service. When they saw that I had one bottle of water left from the previous day, they just gave me one instead of two. That did not make sense to me. They should have given me another two bottles of way regardless of how many I have.
The hotel has a beautiful and spacious entrance. The staff are friendly and efficient. I particularly liked the hotel room which is very clean and has a view of the lake. The washroom is quite large, having a shower and a large bathtub. We only stayed overnight but had a quick look at the Spa facility and it had a nice gym area and hot tub and steam room area. Overall a very nice hotel.

한국인 Staff가 있어 좋았고, 수영장이 있어 편히 잘 지냈습니다. 수영장은 이용객이 많지않아 좋고 수심은 1.0m에서 1.6m정도로 깊어지는 경사로되어있습니다. 수온이 따뜻하고 자쿠지가 있어 좋습니다. 아침식사는 5성급호텔의 평균 수준입니다.
