Arcadia HotelPosted Apr 21, 2014
One front desk lady was super nice. The other younger gal was not helpful or accommodating. Breakfast was average-lots of cheese and egg products. parking was limiting.

Budget hotel not walking distance to townPosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was okay for a tourist visit, but the location is not great - you need to walk down a fairly steep hill (over a mile) to get to town. It is in a residential location with no restaurants, sites or shops nearby. While the room was clean enough, it is rather dated.

Good hotel, not far from city center.Posted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: Comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff. Fresh food.
Cons: Expand wi-fi for each room, not just lobby.
Overall it was a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Parking space is limited, but still available.

Nice hotel, away from traffic, very helpful staffPosted Jul 5, 2013
Pros: Tie staff
Cons: The size of the bathroom, it was small
Location: It's Gallillee, for crying out loud. If you can't figure out what to do here you are not paying attention..
We spent 3 days at Arcadia exploring Gallile, very convenient, a nice walk down hill to the beach, but take a cab back. They serve a nice breakfast, but the restaurants in town are also great. You need a car to get around, but the traffic is not bad and the parking easy.

ReasonablePosted Jun 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff accomodated our requests and our room was comfortable for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool up until its evening closing time. Breakfast wasn't great . . . but we aren't adjusted to Mediterranean breakfasts.
Would not stay again....Posted May 13, 2013
Pros: Nothing really. But the staff was friendly.
Cons: The maintenance of the building in the common areas should be refurbished. And the rooms should be upgraded with comfortable beds and pillows.
Location: It's located up the mountain/hill. Roughly 20 minute walk downhill to the Sea of Galilee and promendade.
The hotel is barely a 3 star hotel. It is really old and not well maintained. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable and the room is only sparsely cleaned. Only choose this hotel if you cannot afford anything better, but come with very low expectations. They do serve breakfast buffet style. It wasn't to our liking either. It is inconveniently located in the hills about a 20 minute walk downhill to the Sea and promenade.

Comfortable and cleanPosted May 7, 2013
Pros: Clean rooms, efficient check-in and check-out, adequate parking.
Cons: Extend wifi coverage, longer pool hours
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The air conditioning worked well. It was quiet. Wifi worked only in the main lobby, not in the rooms, not in the dining area, not at the pool, and not even in the side areas off the main lobby. The pool was only open until 5pm.
adequate stay in TiberiasPosted Jan 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Not overwhelming hotel; basic room and breakfast. Nothing terrific. Adequate beds. Location was not within walking distance to downtown area. At least the windows opened and there was an individual thermostat and extra pillows and blankets.

Decent valuePosted Dec 11, 2012
Pros: the price
Cons: the food
Location: up in the hills so not close to the center
Ideal for tour groups who mostly use it. The food is borderline. Still for the price it is OK.

A Great HotelPosted Dec 2, 2012
Pros: Clean, comfortable room and bathroom.
Cons: Some distance from city
Location: A lovely resort in Tiberias
This hotel is excellent for its price. The new wing is exceptionally good. You cannot walk to the city or sea from this hotel, so must either drive, take a taxi, or use a nearby bus.
