Nice hotel. A little bit worn down.Posted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: Location is perfect.
Cons: Room condition. Breakfast choice. Breakfast policy of non religious Jews or gentiles.
Hotel has perfect location, but can use some renovation. Breakfast was OK at best all days with exception of Saturday. It was basically non existent, because of Shabbat.

Great locationPosted Apr 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was a great hotel for our family. It had the advantage of being able to fit all 4 of us in one room, which isn't that common in large hotels in Israel. The hotel has a perfect location near the lake, shops, and tourist sites, with beautiful lake views from the room. We encountered very friendly staff throughout our stay, who were happy to help us in English. The rooms are fraying a bit at the edges, but not enough to lessen the enjoyment or comfort of the property. We would stay here again.

The hotel faced Lake Kinneret.Posted Mar 29, 2014
Pros: Good location, free parking, welcome bar of chocolate
Cons: Maintenance of hotel.
The staff was pleasant. Whenwe got to the room, there was a large bar of delicious chocolate, and 2 bottles of water. It was close to the promenade, restaurants, and vendors. The room was spacious and had a small balcony facing the lake. There was an indoor pool, but when we went to sit on the chairs, the towels were wet. No one was around to change them. The hotel did not look too clean. I had go through about 5 bowls at breakfast to find one that was clean. Overall, the place needs freshening up.

Great locationPosted Mar 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location was awesome and we had a beautiful view of the Kineret. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, on the firm side. There was a mini fridge and hot pot for making tea, which they supplied. The hotel also had a wonderful mineral water pool which was vry warm and soothing after all the walking we had done. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options, even for my daughter who is vegan. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again
Center of TiberiusPosted Oct 14, 2013
Hotel staff were great. I arrived 2am in morning after flight delay and was upgraded to suite at no cost. The hotel itself has seen better days and for the price I paid ($158 USD) I was expecting a bit more and upgrades. And this was in the suite, not the room I originally booked. Wifi is spotty on 6th floor as the router is on 5th. View in the suite was great from the suite. Beautiful view over Lake Kinneret to watch the sun rise.

Nice hotel but very oldPosted Oct 4, 2013
The hotel is nice, in a great location. The staff and service is great. It is a very old hotel. The furniture is shabby and it has a weird smell. I would probably try something else next time I go.

Hotel was nice and clean, but the staff service was terrible and slow. Staff was not welcomeing. A meal at the hotel dining area were ok, but very expensive. Saturday night were leftovers from Friday dinner meal. Selection was small, and for that we paid $45 per person. I felt I was cheated for that particular meal. My sisters room that I ordered for her was very smelly. TV choices were lousy. Elevators were very busy on the weekend, and we had to take the stairs to the 6th floor several times.

a good 3 star hotelPosted Jun 5, 2013
Service was superb - the receptionists went above and beyond their call of duty. Thank You. The rooms, howerver, are quite old and small and can use a refurbishing and some refreshing touches. We'd say the same about the lobbies - the standard can be raised to a more official, elegant caliber. Additionally, the balconies from the rooms are extremely small (a more spacious balcony would allow for a chair or two and more enjoyment of the naturally beautiful view.)

Tired old hotelPosted May 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Maybe it was because we stayed on the weekend when large families filled its rooms, but the Caesar has a tired, crowded feel to it even though it occupies many levels. Elevators, restaurants--everything seemed packed and slightly under-maintained.
