“Great View, Excellent Space for Family of 4”
We were travelling by train and this hotel was very easy to get to with public transportation, as well we found out they have a shuttle bus which we took back once we checked out. It was up on a hill so had a great view. We had our own room and the kids slept in the living room on two drop down Murphy beds. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had included in a hotel. WELL worth the price we paid and would highly recommend it. Only small downside was bed was a bit hard for my taste- but overall excellent!

Superbe localisation, qui permet d'admirer Lugano depuis sa chambre, la piscine ou les restaurants. Piscine agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, service impeccable. Choix dans la restauration puisqu'il y a 2 restaurants (même si la cuisine est la même). Chambre très spacieuse, décoration soignée. Très bonne adresse.
“Absolutely Stunning!”
This hotel blew my husband and I away when we arrived for our honeymoon. The location is superb and the rooms offer exquisite views of Lugano. Dinner at the hotels restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast buffets were the best that we had in Europe.
“EXCELLENT STAY”
We stayed for 3 nights in August 2008 and was very impressed with the hotel and all facilities .The rooms were all suites with a lounge and balcony plus separate bedroom with 2nd balcony.We stayed with 2 children and their bed was hidden in the wall of the lounge which we folded out when needed. Breakfast was excellent and served until 12noon at weekends and staff very helpful and friendly. When we arrived at Lugano station, a call to get directions to the hotel resulted in a hotel mini bus offered to collect us - a very nice touch seeing as we had children plus luggage. Would highly recommend.
“haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt”
das hotel ist top. das einzige, was mir so ein bisschen gefehlt hat war, dass es nicht so möglichkeiten gibt zum draussen liegen, ausser auf dem balkon , der sehr grosszügig war. auch in der sauna gibt es keine möglichkeit um kurz draussen luft zu schnappen. ich denke, das liegt daran , dass es in den hang gebaut ist und so nicht gut möglichkeiten bietet plätzchen draussen zu haben.

Einziger kleiner Nachteil: abends zu wenig Parkplätze. Da das Hotel im Hang liegt, muss man teilweise abenteuerlich parken, auf der Straße keine Parkmöglichkeiten, die Hotel-Tiefgarage und die Stellplätze reichen nicht aus.

“Great hotel”
We had a suite with lake/alps view. It was big, spacious & clean! My wife was really happy about the hair dryer! The best hotel we had in all Europe. Location was not bad either.
“Friendly, clean hotel with great pool and breakfast”
We stayed at this hotel on a Friday night prior to a Saturday morning canyoning trip in Gordola. Upon arrival we went straight to the pool so the kids could work off the car trip. We had a nice dinner that night and extensive breakfast the next morning. Everything was perfectly smooth: check-in, parking, and check-out. Our suite was clean and spacious.
