Directly after check-in, our staff noted that you seemed content when asking for restaurant directions, and no concerns were raised during check-out either.The room you have booked belongs to the category Double with Extra Bed, with its sizes and characteristics clearly specified in the corresponding descriptions. It consists in a double room with an extra rollaway bed, as can be seen in the pictures. Perhaps in your case you would have felt more comfortable in a larger room category, surely if you had informed us, we would have proposed a suitable solution.We would like to add that the information and pictures provided correspond to reality and that we have been recently classified by HotellerieSuisse (the Swiss Hotels Association) as a Four Star Superior hotel. Furthermore, your comments differ significantly from the feedbacks we normally receive by our guests, which allow us to position ourselves amongst the top-ranking hotels of our category and higher categories.Once again, we thank you for your stay and we remainSincerely yours.
