Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tifton

Relatively close off of I-75 and easy to find. Nice big, spacious room to compliment the large bathroom. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Only reason for not giving this a 5 star rating was the mediocre continental breakfast. Last time we stayed just down the street at the Tifton Inn and Suites and their breakfast blew this one away. But the room was nicer so I guess that is the trade off.

My family stayed here overnight on a trip to Orlando. We only needed a place to sleep, shower, and eat and thought the Fairfield Inn and Suites would be a good option. I have not stayed at a Fairfield before, but figured it was in the same class of hotel as a Hampton Inn and Suites or Holiday Inn Express. This hotel -- or at least the room we were in -- is in need of some TLC. The door knob leading into the bathroom was broken, so it could not be locked. The towel rack that holds the bath towels looked like someone tried to hang off it, so it was halfway out of the wall. The bathtub had seen better days and I was very glad my 4 year old did not insist on taking a bath that day, settling instead on a shower! Breakfast was above average, but even that disappointed when the juice machine delivered apple flavored water. Needless to say, on the way home we looked for a different hotel brand.

Hotel was great. Breakfast area is very small and the food was just OK. Rooms are large and very clean. Will stay here again!!
