Great hotel!!

Had a great stay! Moving across the country and needed an over night stay with room for a moving truck and pets. The pool was nice and the room was big and clean.

If you stay in the back, you cannot hear the traffic noise. The room was clean and fine. I was surprised how good the eggs and sausages were at breakfast-- better than some more expensive chains.

A very good overall value. The indoor pool is small, but pleasant. The rooms are clean, rates reasonable, and the included brekfast is very good.

Poor housekeeping

The indoor pool is lovely. The grandkids loved it. The hot breakfast was OK, at least it was better than a continental breakfast. But the housekeeping was very poor. We stayed one Saturday night. My daughter's room was not very clean, fingerprints on the mirror, what looked like baby spitup on the carpet, found toys and litter, etc under the bed. We complained and since we were coming back the next week, they gave us a discount on our next stay. This time we found clothing left over from previous guests behind the bathroom door, a slide card that had been shoved under the a/c unit and caked with dirt. The people are nice, but won't go there again.

decent night's rest

The hotel is clean and pleasantly equipped. The check in and check out desk staff were particularly friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool and area were particularly clean and enjoyable. The hotel is in close proximity to many favorite restaurants and just off the expressway. Unfortunately the experience was somewhat marred by a poorly attended breakfast buffet. The assigned staff stood around talking and joking amongst themselves while depleted food supplies were unattended. Eggs, sausage, juice, waffle spray all were either missing or almost gone. Fruit and yogurt were also available. So, the potential for a nutritious and tasty meal was present. The two trash containers were full and overflowing. Eventually , one of the staff emptied them and then left the large and partially filled trash bag at the coffee table for us to empty our plates, etc. (rather than re-lining the designated trash receptacles This staff should be trained by people interested in providing we customers with a satisfying and friendly breakfast environment. Otherwise, the hotel is a nice place.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: As I said before, the facilities need updating, painting, cleaning
Location: We were visiting family so were not interested in other things to do.
This motel was very disappointing. All the facilities were dark and drab and old. It was difficult to locate the room. The louvers in the heating/air conditioning unit were covered with dirt/mildew, certainly not conducive to healthy breathing.

Nice place

I was very pleased with this hotel. The pool was nice but too cold. Hot tub was great. The front desk people were very friendly. It could use some updating, but was clean. Didn't have anything but juice for free breakfast, but other items looked good. Wish I would have asked if they had an elevator. Was really difficult getting upstairs

This hotel needs a total overhaul. Will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

Very clean room, good hot breakfast. My 9 yr old son was very happy with the indoor pool that was open 24 hours. Only complaint I have is that they started knocking on my door to clean my room at about 8:30 that morning. That was a little too early for me. Overall, we liked the hotel and would stay here again.
