First of all, I would like to say that if you are looking for a hotel right in town, and that will be a quiet one, this one is not it. While it is possible to walk to downtown, it will be quite a way. That's the only thing that I was dissapointed in. But if you are not interested in a hotel close to downtown, this one will be perfect!! Anything you could need are close by. Restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc. Aside from the location, our stay there was GREAT. The hotel is very, very nice. The rooms are huge and very clean! The staff were all extremely professional and very helpful. We didn't have a problem at all while we stayed there. The only reason I say that this hotel was "loud" was probably because we went on a weekend when Pappas & Beers was having a huge party, so a lot of the other people were partying all hours of the night. It didn't bother us, but I'm not sure if it is always that way or not. I DO HAVE TO SAY HOWEVER, THAT THE BEST, BEST PART EVER IS THAT THIS HOTEL GIVES YOU A PASS FOR THE "EXPRESS LANE" WHEN IT'S TIME TO CROSS. It was amazing! what could've taken us 4-5 hours to cross only took us 15 MINUTES!!!!! We were very happy with our stay here. We WILL DEFINITELY stay there when we go back to Rosarito!

Poor service. poor condition of the hotel. smelly room. horrible location. horrible surrounding neighborhood. Hotel guests were allowed to drink and party at the pool area all night keeping other guests up. Hotel employees failed to keep the noice under control. adjoining bar played their music so loud that it vibrated in my room until two in the morning.

This was the worstPosted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
I love going to Mexico and Rosarito. I would not recommend this hotel. It was too noisy, dirty, broken equipment they allowed the grounds to be over run by drunk, screaming kids. We did not sleep for the two nights we were there. The bar that is attached to the hotel is allowed to play their music so loud that things vibrated in our room. I called the office five times after midnight asking them to do something about the level of noise nothing was done

Hotel is a good Area of town. Close to anything you might looking for but away from the noise .Except for a rooster that sounded off around 4AM.If you need hot water do not forget to dail zero.

Close to beaches and restaurants..Posted Apr 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is located on main street. A couple of blocks away from beach and main hang outs such as Papas and Beer.. etc. It gets a bit noisy since hotel is next to the main street. Suggest you get a interior room one not facing the street. Clean pool, secure parking lot with guard 24hrs a day. WiFi signal poor on 3rd floor. Clean rooms and grounds. Walking distance to everything. Would stay here again.

Wonderful !Posted Sep 6, 2012
Pros: The size of the room and cleanliness.
Cons: The front desk has no computers, so everything is done in writing...took a bit longer to checkout.
Location: On the main street...walking distance to restaurants, but not to beach or night life. However, taxis are inexpensive!
We were surprisingly very satisfied with this hotel. Since we were going to Mexico, we knew our choices were limited and probably not so nice. Our room was immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was small, but I hear it was heated...we were too busy in town and at the beach.

The hotel was pretty clean but the plumbing was poor. And the pools are directly comnected to the parking lot. But hey it's Rosarito so it's somewhat expected. I would stay again because I only use the room for sleeping .

A little stuffyPosted Aug 13, 2012
The rooms were stuffy and musty smelling. The showers were not comfortable and hot water was seriously lacking. The hotel was okay overall, but for the price you can do better and this hotel IS NOT on the playa side of the street. The evening security guard was really terrific and the hotel restaurant was friendly. I still won't be staying here again.

It was a good stay...Posted Jul 31, 2012
Cons: Verify your reservation with the hotel when you reserve online!
Everything was very clean, nice looking and rooms smelled good. Their service was good they weren't looking around to check what you where doing outdoors in the hotel. They aloud having loud music in the pool area (which is not too big as other hotel pools but good enough) the music was turn down after 11 PM (I believe) from people who were just hanging out there.
