All the people working there were very nice, kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody that needs to stay in Tijuana

Close to soccer stadium walking distances to it. Very nice are safe to go out to have dinner o to a club if that is your preference.

Nice but needs improvement

Well the hotel was nice, when we arrived in room the fridge had food from previous guest. Also bathroom was not clean. The lotion was used. Gym was hot and slippery. Well, needs improvement.

Buen hotel a secas

Pros: En el piso 10, el señor Juan, quien atiende el bufet y las bebidas de cortesía para los pisos ejecutivos, es súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar
Cons: ¡¡El internet lo cobran!! No lo pude creer, en hoteles más pequeños y baratos, es una cortesía. Es como cobrar por el agua caliente...
Buen hotel, nada espectacular. Acorde con el precio. Las camas son muy cómodas y en general las habitaciones están bien. Muy limpias, eso sí.

Dungeon room

Only rooms available for booking were the executive rooms. Website indicated that these rooms had a balcony along with other perks so I was not disppointed with this option. When I got to room, I was placed in a square box next to the elevator in the middle of the hallway. No Windows!

Excellent hotel. Great staff and amenities. Family friendly. Good location. Only con is no free wifi. Will definitely be back if in the area.

Our stay was very pleasant. The entire staff were very helpful. Maintenance staff were fast & efficient. We particularly enjoyed Frank in the restaurant. Excellent ambassador for the hotel and area.

We usually stay at camino real but they were full so i tried marriott I'm going back sunday I'm staying at the marriott a beautiful hotel great lobby bar wonderful staff
