We knew the hotel was under construction but when I asked for a room I paid for a king size bed. When we checked in we were given two queen beds and then when we called to the front desk they said we couldn't have one as they were full. Call the next day. We called next day and they said call between 11 am and 1 pm and they will know if they will have a room. I finally had to go down to the front desk after having been put on hold for 45 min "waiting" to see if they would have a room. On the way downstairs I run into an employee who is taking fridges out of some rooms that are no longer occupied I ask him how to get one he says ask the front desk. I get to the front desk and she says "they don't provide refrigerators"??? instead of arguing my husband and I decided we would never stay at this hotel again when we paid so much for a room that we didn't get with amenities we asked for. Very disappointed in this hotel. Construction wasn't even the problem.

Pros: Pretty much everything.
We came for a wedding. The Hotel is going through a major renovation, everything is almost brand new, great location, super nice spacious rooms, excellent customer service, the food is outstanding, great staff. We really had an amazing experience.

Should have gone to Holiday Inn Express

Originally we were going to stay at the Holiday Inn Express but this hotel had always caught our attention. The staff never mentioned the complimentary breakfast that was advertised, staff not helpful at all. We didn't we get the room type that we originally asked for and no rollaway.

Short trip to Tj

Pros: The bed and the shower.
Cons: Finish remodeling soon.
Location: Dine.
I spent only one night. The hotel is remodeling the building. I had the bad luck to be nest door to a noisy people who kept talking and laughing very loud. I was annoyed I couldn't sleep. Nice location and accessible to good restaurant.

Polvo de gesso en todas partes

Pros: los cuartos
Cons: La educación y honestidad del los dirigentes que no avisan que el hotel está en restructuración.
350 hombres trabajando en el hotel para el remodelamiento. Polvo en todas partes, piscina no funcionante. Restaurante cerrado. Ellos no avisan que estan restructurando.

Pros: great location
Cons: do not work on cosntruction on wekeends or after hours
this hotel is under construction and workers will keep hamering at 9 pm on sunday forget to sleep or finish rooms and the elevator only 1 works

Pros: El personal muy amable.
Location: Excelente ubicación.
El hotel está en remodelación y es entendible, pero hay polvo dentro de las habitaciones, los pisos y cajones muy sucios todavía de la obra. Aún no tiene cortinas delgadas. Solo el BlackBerry out. Cuando uno entrega las habitaciones a un hotel en remodelación pasa por varias inspecciones y se cierran pisos enteros. Y se ponen plásticos par evitar el paso del polvo en demasía. Los grifos de las llaves no cierran. Las lámparas no encendían en una de las habitaciones. Las paredes pintadas donde deben de ir accesorios. Definitivamente aún no terminan. No se meten inquilinos en pisos remodelándose. El lobby lleno de polvo y es la imagen de entrada. Además que la limpieza general del baño dejaba mucho que desear. Bastante desagradable la estancia para haber estado en un Camino Real.

The staff very unfriendly ,rude no help from anybody no bell boy no valet no information about hotel or services my room heather was not working properly I called the front desk they sent somebody like 20 minutes later he said it will suppose to work well it did not i called again and nobody show up so we spent the night cold and they try to charged for parking never go back to this hotel

We had great rooms. But they put us on a floor that walls were not painted and no carpet. They should have closed the hotel floor for a week. No apologies from the staff
