We felt at home. We had three rooms with family and the hotel ensured that we were in close proximity of each other. Obviously, we would highly recommend this facility to others.

Hide a way bed was not very comfortable, and could tell that previous guest had smoked in the room even though the hotel was completely non-smoking, but other than that the room was fine. Continental breakfast was very good- good variety of breakfast foods. Overall, hotel was perfect for our needs.

“Good Value, Good Location”

I stayed here recently for a few days. I used it mostly for a place to sleep so I cannot comment on the full use of the hotel. However, I will say that I got a good deal with an Expedia package to stay here and found it to be very nice. As others have mentioned, it was a little tricky to find off of the main roads, and the main parking lot is in the back instead of the front (?). The front desk staff were always very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy with nice linens. It had a separate seating area with a sofa and coffee table, and free wi-fi. Contrary to other reviews here, I had no problem with the housekeeping or the parking lot. It snowed while I was there, and the plows were out early the next morning to clean everything off. The sidewalks were also shoveled and salted. There was a continental breakfast which was adequate for my needs. My only complaint would be that the furniture was worn and a little shabby. Otherwise, it was a good deal for the money. The hotel is located near main roads and expressways to get to Chicago or the south suburbs without too much trouble.

I took my family to Chicago for the weekend, and stayed at this Comfort Suites. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was surprisingly good (self-serve). Overall, a good experience.

“Okay hotel for the price. Continental breakfast left something to be desired.”

We needed a hotel to stay in between buying and selling houses. Our stay was for 6 nights. Initailly, our refigerator didn't work so they switched our room to another room with another broken fridge. They did, however, bring up a new fridge for us. The breakfast was hit or miss every day. Some days they had several things to choose from and others it seemed like they forgot to put anything out. They pool was cold. However, for the price, it served its purpose. We had a place to stay for the week without spending a fortune.

“Not a real suite hotel . . . otherwise, great experience!”

Nice hotel overall. We were just expecting a seperate room like most "suite" hotels offer. Staff was wonderful, building and grounds were well kept and the breakfast was a bit more than your average "continental". Nice hotel.

“not impressed, fitness and bussiness center down bad smell in room”

disapointed that the fitness center and business center were down and we were not told ahead of time. The hot breakfast was very disapointing. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The entire rooom had a sour smell to it. It was a good location to the Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. Very expensive due to the concert. But I think all the hotels raised the rates. Wishing I would have chosen the Hilton. Never have been disappointed there.
