Seaside resort

Posted Sep 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
A 400 room complex on a delightful part of the Tinos coast facing Syros. Sandy beach right in front of the hotel with many rooms facing it. Located a few km from the port and town with a convenient port shuttle bus. A few tavernas within walking distance. Friendly service.

can be more beautiful if total remodel

Posted Aug 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
1.The hotel and bungalow need total remodel. It can be easily get 4 stars rating. 2.Need to have a stop sign between hotel to the beach. The crossing is dangerous due to cars drive fast while kids crossing.

Struttura Standard ma confortevole

Posted Sep 9, 2008 on Hotels.com

Nice beach resort, but needs serious updating!!!

Posted Jul 31, 2008
We were welcomed by a friendly staff. The hotel has a nice, spacious lobby, with a recreation area and a small cafe/bar. The elevators are archaic! Only one person can fit at a time in the elevator with their luggage (the elevators are the old-fashioned kind you have to pull open). The hotel hallways and rooms are decorated in outdated 70's style. The room carpet was an awful orange, while the curtains and bedspreads were gold! It was tiny, with uncomfortable, hard mattresses. The bathroom was small, but clean and new. There was also a safe available in the room which at a Greek hotel on the islands is rare. The view from the private balcony made the not so happening room worth it! From the balcony, you have an amazing view of the Olympic sized pool and lounge area downstairs, as well as the Aegean Sea! The hotel has a private little beach. A buffet breakfast is included for all guests, there is a lifeguard at all times by the pool & they have a kiddy wading pool (kid friendly). There is a taverna next to the hotel called Ammos which serves wonderful Greek food and drinks until late. Finally, there is a free shuttle bus, that takes guests to and from the port and center of town. All in all, I had a wonderful time. The hotel still needs to move out of the 70's, but it is probably one of the nicest hotels on the island. Would go again.
