Nice hotel for 1 day stayPosted Dec 16, 2013
A bit off from the station - road construction made it look farther away Very helpful front desk staff Food - very ordinary breakfast, ordinary dinner items (a bit oily preparation) Good travel desk - professional & polite drivers

Ramee Guestline Tirupati ReviewsPosted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Sprawling loans, choice of food and beverages
Cons: In room tea / coffee facility, daily newspapers, etc
Location: The major attractions are the numerous temples including that of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala and of Goddess Padmavathy
Standards were generally fine. However, non availability of tea/coffee maker in room was a big let down, which is available in similar category hotels. Restaurant staff not as helpful as the reception / other admin staff

Less than what I expected in a 3 Star hotelPosted Aug 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
For the money I paid and 3 star rating of the hotel, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Furniture seems old including the mini-fridge. It is close to the city and Tirupathi temple, which is the only plus point.

I would never recommend anybody in this world to stay in this hotel. My booking was for two double beds and a request for room with microwave as we had a 15 months baby. To my surprise I was given a room with two single beds, when I showed them the printout of my booking , I was told they did not receive any requests. Anywhere they charged me another RS 1800 and gave me a room with three beds. The following day at 1030 am they was no hot water, after checking with the reception we were told after 9am they shut down the heaters that is why we won't have any and we have to wait till they put it on in the evening or the next day. I requested as the baby have to bathe and since I had the flight in the afternoon to delhi, they were so rude at the counter advising us that we should get up early in the morning and bathe. I was a bit annoyed asking them why don't they mention online the water timings for hot water. Anywhere we came to a solution they would send me a bucket of hot water for the baby to bathe, to my surprise they took two hours to send me the same. And in that two hours I had to call room service they story was they are waiting for orders from the front desk, in the front desk they story was they are busy with a wedding group and already informed the room service, who to believe. Even asked for the owner name or telephone number they refused to give details.

We stayed here for 2 nights en route to the Tirupati temple. The room and hotel are decently maintained. The menu is limited and does not offer varienty. The staff is courteous, though the service is a bit slow. The tirupati temple from the hotel is almost a 45 min drive. Overall the experience of staying in the hotel has been good.

rooms were untidy and bad. breakfast was very goodPosted Jun 18, 2012
Pros: the breakfast buffet. 4.5 out of 5. includes dosa, idli, vada, sambar, poori, multiple chutnies, bread/jam/butter etc
Cons: the look and upkeep of the room and bathroom in particular
Location: a little ways away from the main tirupati city but a nice location overall. on the way to sri kalahasti
the rooms and bathroom were not clean and also the beds were tiny and were not at all comfortable. The room had felt stuffy and all the furniture and equipment were old and rickety. However the breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very good and staff there were friendly and helpful If there was a separate rating allowed for food alone i would rate a 4.5 out of 5 for the excellent breakfast that was included with the club room rate
