"Pleasantly surprised at the whole resort."
This was day 3 and 4 of a trip to Tonala and Quadalajara and a great hotel to relax at after our grueling shopping trip. The complimentary shuttle was nice to go into the big city and not have to drive. The rooms were huge and had everything you needed. The evening restaurant was divine and we were treated like royality!!

"Great Location. Easy access to Markets and the City Centre."
Hotel Festival Plaza has a new name. They also have a new lobby which is pretty impressive. Great location if coming from the airport and easy access to the Tlaquepaque Market and the city centre. It is noisy though because you are right beside a major highway and there is lots of traffic. The rooms are basic. We had a standard two double bed room with full bath. It was clean and well maintained. Good value for your money.

"Very conveniently close to Central Bus Station"
The only reason to stay here was to travel to Puerto Vallarta by bus the next day (I also stayed on the way back to go back to the airport). The staff was very, very pleasant and helpful and there is a supermarket close by if you want to buy some snacks and sundry items. However the rooms were a little smelly and noisy with the windows open (no air conditioner). However if you are only staying for a couple of days its a convenient place especially to catch any long distance bus from the central bus station next door.

"Just lovely"
The only gripe I could possibly have is the front desk staff could be a little more fluent in English. They understood everything but my knowledge of basic Spanish helped. Otherwise WHAT A JOY! I would go again and again. Their breakfast was delicious as well. Love this place. It's about $13 US to get to downtown but worth the drive. LOVE IT!!

"An excellent place to stay"
We enjoyed the hotel and its environs (Tlequepaque) and managed to do some great day trips to surrounding areas. A wonderful place to come 'home' to and share a drink and story with other guests.
