The proprietor, Joe, runs a tight ship and is very helpful with getting acquainted with Tofino and booking activities. This old house is spotless with plenty of community space to hang out with other travelers.

We drove up a small windy road through beautiful old cedar trees and arrived at the most amazing individual lodges . The First Nation
carving and design was so fitting to the incredible scenery . Our lodge looked over a small bay and you could hear the waves crashing and see Eagles soaring . The interior decorations were very tasteful blend of modern and old world . My daughter and I walked on the beach and read and spent time sitting on the balconies watching the wildlife . Truly a fabulous spot
Very ecco friendly and much thought went into preserving the nature around it !

Room looked onto the harbour.
Quiet location but close to all amenities.
The suite (former condo) had everything we needed.
The room was airy and the exposed timber construction was very fitting with the Wild West coast setting.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful time. The room was on the first floor with a balcony and a view of the ocean. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom was very stylish.
Although the weather ranged from brilliant sunshine to misty rain over the three days, it didn't matter as the beaches are stunning and the surf great to watch.

The hotel provided our family with a relaxing beach vacation. We really enjoyed the beach toys provided for the kids. Although there is no restaurant on site, we enjoyed some of the luxury foods provided in the Guest Services lounge. We used the laundry facilities which were very affordable. Proximity to the beach was a great bonus. The kids could play in the sand and water all day and the room was close by for bath time and dinner time. We borrowed DVD movies and board games to keep the children occupied in the evening. The waves were always breaking on shore. There were a lot of beginner surfers. We rented a boogey board and played in the waves. Be sure to bring a wetsuit! Great sunsets, lots of nature photo opportunities.

The owners live on site and there are only 3 suites available for guests. The room was stunning. Every attention to detail was evident. The lodge is nestled among trees overlooking a bay and beyond you can see the ocean. It is so quiet and comfortable we could have stayed for weeks. The owners, Scott and Tanya, really care about their guests and do everything possible to make your stay just perfect. After two nights stay we had arranged to move on to Tofino. We wished we had just stayed at this place instead.
