The hotel is centrally located near Shinjuku station, shopping malls and restaurants and cafés. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Tokyo in future.

Exceptional hotel in an ideal locationPosted Jul 17, 2014
We were very impressed with our recent stay. The location is right next to the Shinjuku station and a short walk from restaurants, shops and exciting laneways. The view from the rooms is amazing - We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Tokyo skyline whenever in our room. The room was clean and the service exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great experiencePosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Location, room size, view
Cons: Provide cots for older babies
Location: Close to Tokyu Hands, Takashimaya, Govt Building (for best view), Italian restaurant downstairs, Dean & Deluca and Mr Waffle near the station - mmm!
This hotel is in an excellent location, a very short walk to Shinjuku shopping and to the station, which will take you to most major tourist destinations. I think it would be hard to find a better location in Shinjuku. The view from the rooms and lobby is fantastic. There are restaurants in the same building and a small convenience store attached to the hotel. The huge Tokyu Hands store right across from the hotel is a good place to buy presents. This hotel was not as warm and personal as the other we stayed at (Shibuya Granbell) but staff were very professional and I couldn't fault it. Rooms and beds were large for Tokyo. Bathroom vanity also a good size. Unfortunately, cots are only for children under 1 - it would be good if they could update their cots for 1-2yr olds. Overall, this hotel was great value for money and I was very impressed with it.

Excellent locationPosted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Location Comfort Views
Cons: Very little tourist information. Hotel staff speak some English and answered everything when asked but would be good to have a concierge or similar.
Location: Unbeatable location. Opposite Takashimaya Dept store and 10 mins walk to Isetan store for excellent shopping. Very close to Shinjuku station.
Perfect base for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of affordable food options within a few minutes walk and station nearby. Well served by Lobby shop for incidentals (note, there is no room service). Great views from rooms we had and comfortable accommodation. Reasonable size rooms for two people. Hotel staff speak English and were very happy to provide umbrellas which proved very handy.

Amazing hotel and great pricePosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: The size of the bedroom, cleanliness of the rooms, and proximity to public transport.
Cons: Nothing. We loved the stay and will stay again.
The room was spacious and clean. Our view from the 30th floor was fantastic and the staff were pleasant as well. This was one of the best foreign hotels I have ever stayed at. Oh, and the proximity to the Shinjuku station was a huge bonus.

Convenient and comfortablePosted Jul 9, 2014
We enjoyed our 7 day stay here. I can't think of anything negative really..except they don't provide body cream as one of the bathroom amenities but we just bought some at a local drugstore. The staff at this hotel were impeccable. Always willing to help!

Fantastic location, friendly staffPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Great location and friendly staff. Great internet environment.
Cons: I always arrive from London too early for check in. They keep the baggage but I need the rest first before going anywhere. Long wait is always tiring.
Location: JR station is only a few mins walk so is Keio line, Odakyu line and Tokyo metro. Shinjyuku itself might not be touristy but great for shopping.
I repeatedly stay at this hotel mainly because of the convenience of public transportation. Stone throw away from Takashimaya, one of the biggest department store in the area and Tokyu Hands one of "must see" shops for the tourists to buy Japanese fun goods, my husband loves it. Hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. They improve amenities in the room quite often. They have mug cups instead of tiny Japanese tea cups so suitable for a proper English cup of tea.The only thing is I carry a lot of clothing and storage is never enough. I often experience strange unidentifiable gentle noise, don't know outside or inside, which should not be a problem if you are not suffering from insomnia like me. Free Wifi very fast connection. I can download 2hr film in 15 mins.
