The hotel room had everything

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: 30 Minute walk from Shinjuku station, Staff were great and spoke English well.
Cons: More comfortable beds and better pillows
Location: You can get anywhere pretty easy from Shinjuku station
The hotel room had everything that an apartment would have and you could almost live in it. Bit small but no complaining.

Great hotel

Posted May 3, 2015
It was a nice, clean and quiet to stay. And it is spacious which has kichen area and bed. All staffs were very supportive and felt very welcomed. Even though this place is a bit far from Shinjuku Station(10-15 min to walk), but I will definitely stay here again.

Easy location and friendly service

Posted May 2, 2015
Not knowing Tokyo's geography, we were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel within a 5 minute walk of the nearest metro station and less than a 20 minute walk from the Shinjuku main station. This made sightseeing very easy. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room size is adequate for a couple and larger than we expected for a Tokyo property. Free wireless interest is appreciated and was plenty fast. The only downside was the optional breakfast in the morning appeared minimal by US standards, so we just skipped it and were not charged for it. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and would stay here again.

Super Friendly Staff

Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness, proximity to Shinjuku station
Location: Robot Restaurant!
I recently went to Tokyo for the first time ever and had a marvelous time; in no small part due to the staff at Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo. I would recommend anyone looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay consider Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo. It's also very close to Shinjuku train station with many coffee shops along the way.

Mycket bra läge i Shinjuku. Nära JR station och tunnelbana. Goda matmöjligheter runt hörnet. Bra bas för utflykter runt i Tokyo!

與别不同的酒店

Posted Mar 12, 2015

Good hotel in a nice part of Tokyo

Posted Mar 9, 2015
We stayed at this hotel over a weekend during a longer trip to Japan. The hotel was in a good location, staff were friendly, and rooms spacious. Rooms have a kitchenette, which is useful if you do not want to eat every meal out.

Nice Hotel in a great area

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: Good position surrounded by great cafes a shirt walk to a variety of shops and the beautiful Gyoen park
Cons: The staff could have been a bit more helpful
Location: This highly is in a good position to catch the 61 bus that takes you directly to the station, so taking day trips were a breeze.
Love Shinjuku, hired bikes in Asakusa and spent four days riding around finding fabulous places to see and fabulous restaurants and bars, Sensoji Shrine would be the best Shrine I have seen so far in Japan and perfect for tourists who love to shop!
