Good hotel, charges extra for poolPosted Sep 13, 2013
Generally positive experience, but disappointing that the pool was only available if you pay $25/person/day in addition to the room rate, in addition to the Exec Floor supplement.

Love this hotel!!Posted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Perfect hotel especially after a 12 hour flight. This place exemplifies Japanese hospitality. A little pricey but worth every penny.

lovely hotelPosted Aug 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
From arrival to checkout the attentiveness of the staff was just what you expect for a five star hotel. Ginza is a 5 minute walk or you can catch a train which is located next door at the Shiodome. Many restaurants and shops are also located at the Shiodome. Guest rooms are large for Japan. We paid $40 extra at checkin and were upgraded to a water view room with free wifi and buffet breakfast included. This was my second stay here and I highly recommend it.

Fancy-SchmancyPosted Aug 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
We upgraded upon arrival to a room on the 34th floor. In 10 days in Japan, this was the best hotel (and most expensive) we experienced. Breakfast was included (too expensive to buy separately) and served in-room. It was extraordinary as was the bay view (must specify or you will get city view). What a treat!

AMAZING HOTEL DOWNTOWN TOKYOPosted Jul 22, 2013
Pros: We will always remember the view from your hotel room of the beautiful large Japanese park behind the hotel and the Tokyo Bay.
Cons: Not many. The mattresses were a bit too hard for our taste. You have to pay about $25 per adult person each time you go to the swimming pool.
Amazing hotel, fabulous staff, amazing views (spend a bit more for the Tokyo Bay view upgrade), easy subway/train access to all key areas of Tokyo. Breakfast (really large portion sizes) and WiFi internet access were included in the price. Large rooms, enough space for families with 2 adults and up to 2 kids (two double beds). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, WILL STAY AGAIN. NOTE: DO NOT TRY TO TIP the hotel/restaurant staff - they do not accept or welcome tips.

Conrad Hotel ReviewPosted Jun 28, 2013
Amazingly beautiful hotel, and facility. Although the entrance of the hotel is basically underground or hidden in the train station, the reception area has a really cool modern sculpture and you are directed to the elevator which takes you to the 28th floor hotel lobby which is breathtaking with views of Toyko Harbour and a traditional Japanese garden/park below. Rooms are nothing less than top shelf and immaculately clean rooms. Many restaurants to choose from including a Michelin rated one. Nothing to disappoint!!

Very classy, very luxurious!Posted Apr 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The luxury hotel lived up to it's name and reputation. We were on the 32nd floor with an awesome view of the Tokyo Bay and the Hama Rikyu gardens. The room was big andf the bathroom was almost as big as the room. The b'fast buffet was delicious and satisfying. It is within 7 mins of Shimbashi metro and two minutes of the Odeo line. I highly recommend this hotel.
