Simple and Inexpensive stay within a short ride to Disneyland resort Rooms are a little small, but clean, and the staff was helpful. Variety of eating places and supermarkets within walking distance around the hotel.

Excellent for going to Tokyo Disney Resort!Posted Aug 10, 2013
Pros: *The helpful staff. *Helpful maps to get places. *Free internet. *Free breakfast *Close to Tokyo Disney Resort. Close to a nice Sushi Restaurant.
Cons: A cabinet to store luggage and belongings would be nice.
Location: Plenty of bus stops. A nice Sushi Restaurant is close by. A 45+ minute walk to Tokyo Disney Resort (it's about $3 by bus each way but easier on feet).
I'm a college student with low funds, and I had the rare opportunity to go to Japan! I love Disney so I wanted to go to a place close to the Tokyo Disney Resort that wouldn't cost me more that $100 a night. I also don't speak much Japanese, so to find a hotel that spoke English was a MUST. The STAFF was incredibly helpful! They can speak English well enough to give directions on how to get to the Disney Resort and Narita Airport. They also hand out very easy maps for getting around the area. They even sold me a plug so I could charge my electronics in their Japanese outlets! The Single Bed ROOM (which I stayed in) was great! They had a coffee table, a hard chair (not a couch that was in the picture), a tv, a bed, and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. What surprised me more than the missing couch was there was no shelving to put my clothing in. The bed however was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in! Free wifi was nice when checking my emails on my pc in my room. If I didn't have a computer with me then I could have used their pc available in the lobby/kitchen area whenever I pleased. There was only one computer though so if it was being used then I'd have to wait until it was available. Their complimentary breakfast was great (free anything is good in my book)! They had cereal, fruits, pastries, greek yogurt, and rice. If I ever came back to the Tokyo Disney Resort Area I would definitely stay at the Family Inn & Resort Fifty's for Maihama!

Tokyo Disney TripPosted May 30, 2013
Pros: The staff was very jovial
Cons: a/c was never perfect. All the instructions in japanese and it was very hard to control the room temperature
Location: location is good for disney. Although the near by areas are deserted but it's proximity to disney is its boon
We wanted to stay near Disney but didn't want to pay a fortune. The hotel is resonably well maintained and price effective. The locality is a bit disappointing with too less options for dining and going out. However, proximity to Disney is what drives this hotel and it serves well for that purpose. The staff was good and pleasant. With limited amenities, they co-ordinate it pretty well to ensure the guests are fine with the service.

Quiet And ComfortablePosted Apr 15, 2013
Pros: Inexpensive, clean and quiet.
Cons: It is a bit far outside of central Tokyo.
Location: The location is OK. It is not far away from the Tokyo Disney resort. It is a bit far from the city, so it takes a while to get there.
The rooms are quiet and comfortable. They clean them each day. They bring fresh towels, bed linens, etc. They even have a complementary, light breakfast each morning, something I have not seen in many hotels in Asia. If you don't need a fancy, expensive hotel, then this is a good place to use.

Close to DisneylandPosted Mar 16, 2013
Cons: Bad smell from the bathroom
Location: Very handy to shops and restaurants, and very close to Disneyland
The hotel room is small, cosy and functional. The price was great in a good location to shops, laundry and of course Disneyland. Dont expect the Ritz and you will be fine. Our first contact was extremely helpful and spoke excellent english. He showed us exactly what we need to know. Breakfast is self serve and you have to clean up after yourselves. To get there from Narita airport, you can catch the train to Higashi-matsudo station, transfer to the Musashino-Lin (Orange line) to Kasai Rinkai Kouen Station . Once at the station catch a cab or the No.28 bus to Horie-Danchi (4 minutes). We missed the Disneyland shuttle (just down the road from the hotel) so we got on the No.28 bus back to Kasai Rinkai Kouen station and then jumped on the train to Maihama station (the very next station). Very easy. The only problem with our room is that the bathroom smelled due to a plumbing issue. We stayed two nights and would stay again.

Cosy and ConvenientPosted Mar 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Inn was located in a quiet neighbourhood but serves the purpose of a cheaper alternative to other hotels near TDR. Inn was a 15 min walk from the KasaiRinkaiKoen station and was easy to find with the help of GPS. Getting around was not difficult as Fifty's Inn provided a simple map and bus schedule to get to TDR and back. There was a very good English speaking staff at the Inn who advised on best and cheaper transportation and transfer to the airport.
