The best view available and a very helpful staffPosted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: The hotel room, free wi-fi, view and staff were all perfect.
Cons: The restaurant that is a part of the hotel is very overpriced. I would recommend finding other food in the area.
Location: A little far from the train station if you are not into walking, this was not a problem for us. Pretty centrally located for travelling on Tokyo Metro
This was our first time in Tokyo and we had an amazing time! The hotel staff helped us tremendously along the way and did their best to answer our many questions and even provided detailed instructions for anywhere in the city we wanted to visit. The room itself was not very large but this was not a problem to us. It was perfect for the two of us and the view of the city was simply spectacular from the 35th floor. Everything was in good condition and the massage chair was great and even though the remote had only japanese on it, we were able to figure it out. I would recommend asking for your wifi password and router when you arrive or they wont offer it to you. Also look for food in the area as the hotel food is overpriced. They will even assist in ordering pizza or food from the area if need be. Again they are very helpful and friendly.

Very Good to ExcellentPosted Jan 2, 2014
I would have rated this excellent across the board except the room carpet showed signs of its age. Other than that, everything was excellent. Staff, facilities, view, and cleanliness were all excellent and well worth the price. It's close to the Ginza shopping district, a subway entrance, and about a mile from the Tokyo train station.

Clean and spacious room (except for carpet)Posted Nov 29, 2013
Pros: Quiet, river walk right beside the hotel, close to Tsukiji Fish Market and the nearbyouter market.
Location: Tsukiji Fish Market, Sea Bus tour (infrequent schedule), Ginza, Hama-Rykyu Garden (note early closing time, 5 or 5:30 pm?)
Rooms are big by Tokyo standard (good size even for N. American standard). Everything else is very clean and tidy. The only exception is the stained carpet in the our room - massive stains, pretty disgusting, but since I expected some sort of stains from reviews on the Web, I was not too surprised. I was asked about my opinion on checkout, so I told staff members on duty, and they readily admitted it and apologized, with the remark that they are changing the carpet gradually and that it will be good when we come back next time! A professional staff. We put a "do not disturb" sign on one day when we went out as we did not want the set up to be disturbed. They were concerned and left us a message to contact them because they were concerned that they cannot clean up the room and replace towels (if we wished). This is a quiet area, and takes about 12 minutes to walk to Tsukiji Station. If you enjoy quietness after a long day, and like to walk/jog along the Sumida River, this is perfect. St. Luke office tower attached to this hotel tower provides convenience of a pharmacy/drug store, cafe, McDonald, and a few other resaturants. Other restaurants and cafes are just about less than 10 minutes away by foot. Just keep in mind this is not like Shinjuku or Tokyo Station (Yasesu) area in which you can just pop downstairs to get anything you need, in less than a couple of minutes.

Nice HotelPosted Nov 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room is very comfortable, and equipped with a full size massage chair. Nice way to get relaxed after walking in Tokyo for whole day. Restaurants and minimarts on site. A little bit walk to Tsukiji station, but manageable.

Highly recommendedPosted Nov 11, 2013
We're from Australia and were looking for somewhere to stay in Ginza. The Ginza Creston was such a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful and English friendly. They went out of their way to help direct us to certain places; printing out maps, timetables and even highlighting train lines and times. The room was big for a Japanese hotel and the view was spectacular. The massage chair was also an added bonus. The hotel is walking distance to Ginza shopping district and major subway stations and train lines. We were very impressed and will definitely reccomend to anyone who is looking for a good time close to Ginza.

PerfectPosted Nov 7, 2013
Cons: Would have been nice to have one English channel on the tv.
Location: Short walk to the subway to Tokyo Disney!!
Ginza Creston was an amazing hotel stay. The room and bed were very comfortable as was the bathroom... made for a very nice shower. The hotel staff was as helpful as they could be. They gave me a local map, subway map and exhanged money for me. Their English was limited, as I found just about everyone in Tokyo has pretty limited English. Didn't eat at the restaraunt, it was too expensive but there were lots of good eats near the hotel. The massage chair was great after a day of exploring. The views were amazing. Room was cleaned daily. Absolutely no problems at all. Excellent!

our room located at the 35th floor of the building, the night sight was wonderful! Reception staff understand easy English and really polite. When I required wifi service the reception staff told me "booking is full" umm I'm not quite clear about this Anyway my 3 nights in this hotel was fantastic :)

Spacious room, perfect view & well locatedPosted Oct 11, 2013
We got the top floor of this grand hotel. Unlike other hotels in japan, the room was big! Massage chair came in handy. Fantastic view, comfy bed and water pressure in hot shower was excellent. Easy 5 minute walk to tsukiji subway and 20min walk to the action of Ginza which you could see from hotel room. 7 eleven and maccas down stairs.
