I traveled with my wife and 5yr old and arrived into tokyo early evening. We got registered quickly by hotel staff and got into our room with everything ready. The third bed was already set up with a welcome bag for our child waiting. Traveling with young children, that was appreciated. The front desk staff and concierge were all awesome and helpful throughout our week stay. Gave us great tips and useful info about places we wanted to go. Waits and lines, if any, were never too long. The French Kitchen breakfast buffet was great and its staff were also wonderful. It was unfortunate that Shunbou was closed for renovations (?) and the pool for maintenance during the first few days of our stay. The location is a great balance of quiet, convenience, and access to attractions.

Decent hotel, excellent housekeeping. On site steak house and teppanaki restaurant were deeply average and extremely expensive even before the 15‰ service charge. Nice pool but gym was rammed both times I tried to use it. Overall, an OK hotel but not an exceptional one.

Our first visit to Japan. Tokyo is a fantastic city and the Grand Hyatt is extremely well situated and convenient for public transport, sightseeing and shopping. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and the staff are outstanding. A 5 Star experience in every way. We'll be back!

Property is well maintained. Staff were excellent in their customer service endeavors. Location was great with easy access to the subway. Club membership added additional benefits. Would definitely stay here again when I am in Tokyo next.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is great in Roppongi Hills, with many restaurants and walkable neighborhoods. It felt less touristy and crowded compared to other areas of Tokyo. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful facility in convenient area with shopping and dinning. Close to subway stations. Room was large and comfortable for 3 of us. Pool, bath, and gym were all well maintained. I enjoyed Japanese bathhouse style hot tub in the ladies area. Airport limousines stops at the hotel so it was super convenient to get back to the airport without any extra traveling!

Staff are very friendly. Location is super convenient, train station is only 5 minutes walk away. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay.

Grand Experience
I loved how the staff assisted me during my two stays there. I had not been to Japan in 12 years so, I needed help getting reacquainted with Tokyo and the surrounding area. I enjoyed my room. It was smaller than places in the west. However, it was clean, quiet and well maintained. The location was good and I felt safe there. There were many places to shop at and grab a bite to eat. In fact, Roppongi Hills offers high end dining to Mc Donalds. So, you could eat just about any type of food you wanted. My favorite was the Yakiniku places called Rintan which was nearby.

spacious rooms, great view of tokyo, clean, quiet, so convenient to all of Roppongi and Azabu. Roppongi Hills complex is super convenient for dining and shopping and there's easy access to trains. Mori Museum is attached and nearby are world class galleries. Not crowded and very clean so it feels very covid safe. Valet and taxis are super easy and smooth.
