“Will stay here next time!”

The hotel was conveniently located, and close to the Shinagawa Train station. It was very clean and the rooms were a good size. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information and directions around Tokyo. The garden behind the hotel was beautiful with the cherry blossom trees blooming. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Tokyo!

“West Visits the East”

My granddaughter and I have a wonderful time. It was easy to get around Tokyo. the hotel was very near the trains that went everywhere we needed or wanted to go. I would have preferred to have the travel agency provide extra perks like breakfast discounts or meal coupons. I enjoyed the people in and out of the hotel.

“A favorite in Tokyo”

I frequently stay at this hotel with a very favorable rate through Expedia. I often request a twin or double garden room, which provides substantial space for comfort and work during a several day stay.

“Good Value”

Quiet, clean hotel in a garden setting minutes away from Shinagawa station. Property is dated, but is kept well. My only complaint was that the air conditioning system only works for heat or cold. On a warm winter day, the rooms can be very warm, and the only ventilation is to open the window, which is inadequate to cool down.

“Excellent Service”

Excellent Service. Just as good or better then a 5 star hotel. The most friendly and helpful hotel employees. I can't wait to go back and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

“great place to stay”

Awesome place if you are visiting Tokyo, great location, beautiful garden, and the nicest staff I've ever met. The guest desk was very helpful when it comes to finding places to visit and with booking trips. They even gave us a little pamphlet about each area of Tokyo, what to see there, how to get there, and how much the subway will cost. I would definitely stay there again!

“excellent hotel in Tokyo”

this is my second time staying at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, very quiet with a very attentive staff. There is a great grocery store in the basement of the Shinagawa station. Rooms are simple but very clean with excellent views to the city and the garden.

“Ideal Tokyo hotel”

Couldn't be more convenient, short walk from Shinagawa Station - and, at the same time, surrounded by park land. Gracious staff.

“Will stay here again”

This was the third time that I have stayed at this hotel. It's a very nice hotel, very good price, and located across the street from a major train station. Even the bullet train stops here. There is a bus from the airport that drops you off at the hotel. There are many places to eat outside of the hotel. The post office is nearby. There's a beautiful Japanese garden on the premises.
