Typical salary man hotel in the heart of Ginza.

Pretty average hotel except my room smelled like a tanning salon and there were stains on the desk chair.

A good business hotel in middle of Ginza.

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: The breakfast buffet at BonSalute (hotel restaurant) has a wide variety of food choices and the atmosphere is pleasant.
Cons: This hotel likes to nickel & dime you. Check out time is strictly enforced at 11:00 am with penalty fees of 1,500 yen even if 15 minutes late.
Location: Restaurants are all around within walking distance. Lion Beer Hall is across the street. You can even get cocktails at Tommy Bahamas shop next door.
Hotel Gracery (pronounced Gracely) is a very clean and convenient business hotel in the middle of Ginza. It is clean, new and the service by the hotel staff is great. Rooms are small compared to the bigger named hotels in Tokyo.

Good quality rooms, Location pretty good

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: Quality of rooms
Cons: Nothing really
Location: Ginza is good for shopping but there's not much else, its a fairly quiet area if you're sight seeing but not a bad place to be.
Having stayed at the Washington Akihabara, the Gracery definitely feels quite similar but adds a few nice touches that make it a step up in quality. Room in general was nicer quality, Bed linens were of better quality, staff understanding of english was quite good, bed was hard but consistent with Japanese hotels and quite comfortable comparatively, Bathroom was good and clean and shower water was of good pressure and nice and hot. Location was pretty good - about a 5 minute walk from Ginza, Shimbashi or Higashi-ginza stations, Ginza after about 9PM however is a very very quiet (compared to Akihabara).

Convenient location

2 minutes walk from Ginza metro station makes this hotel a wonderful stay for my business trip. Though room is small, it's clean and comfortable, and the hotel keeps everything handy and easy.

立地が便利なホテル

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: 立地がとにかく便利です。
Cons: 朝食はおいしいのですが、席が少なく少々待ったこと、お皿を温めていないので料理がすぐに冷めたことは残念でした。
Location: 銀座
銀座4丁目近くの立地(銀座ライオン)の裏で、便利です。工事中ですが特に気にならず、落ち着いたホテルです。朝食の種類も多いです。近くにコンビニも多いです。買い物にも便利だと思います。

Cons: another English newspaper
Location: Close to Ginza; good for Shopping and great Restaurants all around
It is a super hotel in a top location. The only problem is that there is construction work going on across the street, day and night.

Hotel condition, environment, room size and rate

Posted Jan 13, 2015
Pros: The size of restroom is great. Also, they accept for early bird check-in but required to pay for surcharge!
Cons: The water kettle / boiler is small in size and can only able to carry a very small amount of water. Look for a little bit bigger size of water kettle
Location: Nearby one of the famous wagyu restaurant and close to famous department store Mitsukoshi and Wako.
The hotel which is located very close to Ginza line subway A3 exit. Just a few minutes walk from subway and also the location is very convenience for travel anyway in Tokyo. Renovation of hotel and room is modern and in good condition. As I stay at high floor and renovated room, it looks great but the size of room is a bit small but the size of restroom is moderate. In room with free Wifi and at the lobby, great! If compare the location and hotel facilities versus room rate, this hotel is highly recommended for business travel.
