“Great location”
Everything was fine about this hotel, particularly the location - except the hair dryer was the worst...almost no power, completely worthless!
“Good Value for the Price”
We stayed at the Hotel Grand Palace as an extension of a tour and were very pleased with the setup. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and addressed our every need immediately. The rooms are large by Japan standards and very clean. Seems that most Japanise hotels have beds that are hard but this one was quite comfortable. We also took advantage of the breakfast in the mornings and foud it to be a good varity of Americal and Japanies mix. It was interesting to try some of the local food along w/ our staples. Enjoyed our stay and would go back when we visit Tokyo again.
“Happy with our stay here”
My wife and I were visiting Tokyo with our two children, and wanting to have all four in one room limited our hotel options (most would not allow four people in one room). The Hotel Grand Palace had rooms that allowed this, so we stayed there, and were very happy with it.
“BGR in Tokyo”
Nice hotel with good value in central Tokyo. Easy access to subway, good restaurants & places to jog. Only thing missing is a fitness centre.
“Warm and helpful staff.”
Great Hotel in center of Tokyo - Could not ask more for the money. Staff is very patient with English speaking guests. Staff takes time to make sure they accommodate your needs in an efficient manner.
“A Good Hotel in Tokyo”
For a business trip, everything was excellent. Staff was polite, prepared and very willing to deal with an adjustment of my length of stay. It was fairly easy to get to a conference site.
“Nov. Visit 2010”
We thought the hotel was very acceptable and close to the sub way. We were diappointed that breakfast was not included with the room.
“Nice hotel”
Hotel was very nice and the staff was great.
“simple functional hotel”
easy to use
“Great hotel can't wait to go back”
The location is very close to subway and very close to restaurants and convience store. Hotel staffs are great and very clean. We stay at a room with a nice view.
