Staff was so friendly and conveniently across from the family mart. I'd stay here again. Very busy place always filled other people no wonder why they are always booked! Breakfast buffet was good too lots of options

Great location! Very clean and nice hotel. It is located across a Family Mart and less than 5 minutes from the nearest station. It also has delicious food within 5-10 minutes of walking. A pretty quiet area but only 20-30 minutes distance from major area in Tokyo.

Probably we were in the older side or wing of the hotel. We went to the other side and it definitely is newer. Bathroom was quite outdated but clean. Staff was nreally nice, everyone tries to speak English and helped us anyway they can.

El sistema de check in es TERRIBLE! Reciben muchos grupos que viajan juntos y tienen en el lobby como 40 sillas para que esperes tu turno (parece que estuvieran jugando bingo),al llegar te dan un número y te piden q esperes, un señor va gritando los números y así van atendiendo. Deberían atender a los grupos q vienen juntos en un counter separado o dejar un counter para aquellos q no llegamos en autobuses con 40 más. El restaurant lo cierran para atender a los grupos vacacionales (los 40 del autobús) dejando a los demás huéspedes sin opción de comida. El salón de laundry está muy bien El área queda algo alejada de las zonas de interés en Tokyo, pero hay una estación de metro cercana.

It was very convinient. We could take a taxi from Tokyo station for about 3000yen and from Disneyland for 6500yen. Dinong is around this hotel which was ver good Yakitori place. Ill stay here next visit in Tokyo as well.

For the price, it’s pretty good! I like the convenience of this hotel, near the JR and Tokyo subway, convenient stores are next to the hotel, and their breakfast is worth. The only thing I’d say is the rooms are small, but it doesn’t bother us.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful! Lots of options to drop off luggage before checking in. Rooms are well air conditioned and have great view of city. Hotel is perfect if you want to be in Tokyo but not near shibuya or harajuku. Still in the city but not in the crowded and overwhelming parts of the city.

Honestly really nice place to stay but you have to go to the bar named rupo right down the street the owner is amazing to foreigners and makes you feel like your at home great food great atmosphere great staff.

Location was okay since it's reasonably close to 2 subway stations. We stayed on the ninth floor of the main building and our room was super dated. The bathtub in the room creaks when you step and move around when you shower. The carpet could use some deep cleaning. I'm not sure if the East wing was better, but the main rooms need upgrading. For a 4star hotel, I expected better. The staff were helpful and nice though.

The only real issue would be getting from one of the major airports (Narita or Haneda) to the hotel, as there are no free shuttle services offered. Once you arrive though, its clear that the hotel and surrounding area are very well-kept and professional. Definitely would stay again considering the relative ease of access to two train stations and food/convenience store options. Room was overall a perfect fit for a solo traveller like myself, and with great housekeeping and intuitive restocking of amenities. Friendly staff that were willing to assist with holding my bags even after checkout was definitely a bonus, allowing me to explore more before my departure.

Great Hotel , can not fault it Room is small but very well laid out and equipped. Breakfast is very good . Loved how quiet the room was . Hotel is 5 minute walk from the subway.

Like all of Japan, this hotel is very clean with daily room service. The linens smell and look clean ( being bright white ). Staff are very helpful, even if there’s language barrier.

Great hotel and excellent location if you’re weary of the Shinjuku and Shibuya hustle and bustle, as we were. An authentic and more affordable Tokyo experience and very close to Tokyo Dome. Highly recommend.

Too far from the city shopping area. Near to Tozai line which you need to change several lines. Nearby has nothing much to do. Room is clean but small. Hotel staff can speak minimal English but is helpful with luggage service form.

Absolutely loved our stay. 10/10 would highly recommend. It is in a quiet area of Tokyo. It also felt really safe walking at night. The train station was about a 5 minute walk, super convenient. They also made luggage forwarding super easy! We dropped them off, they filled out our paperwork, we paid, and by the time we arrived at our next hotel our luggage was already in the room :)
