Located near Ikebukuro train station so easy access to all of Tokyo and the Shinkansen to much of Japan. Lots of shopping, dining, quick eats, parks and events. Outstanding service, very clean, friendly helpful staff. Stay here whenever we visit Tokyo

We booked a large room as my husband is very tall. The room was huge by Japan standards. We had an amazing view out over the city, and could see Mount Fuji 🗻

I very much enjoyed my stay here, helpfulness of staff and the ability of staff to speak english. They were great on arranging taxies and help with the foreign exchange ATM. Beware this area of the city restaurants close by 8:30 PM. So if you take a long tour that gets you back in the evening you need quickly get to restaurant. This hotel's all day restaurant do not serve food after 8:00 PM.

Room was very clean and had adequate space. Shower was pleasant with separate temperature and water pressure controls. Located very close to Ikebukuro Station on the Tokyo loop.

Great stay. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and we were able to communicate well in English. They helped us send our luggage to Narita airport upon request (fee was cash only). We had to move around the couch and table layout a bit in our twin bed room to open our two large suitcases but it was possible. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel in terms of value. I had a superior single room and the carpet seemed to be new while the furniture was generally worn -- but the room was clean, the breakfast was very good, the location was convenient. I would stay again and recommend it to others,

We truly enjoyed our stay for few reasons-the bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance, the hotel also have washer/dryer which is very convenient. The staff are professional and polite, they are very organized. The location is close to the subway stations. What we enjoy the most is the breakfast food selections and the wonderful services, they are the best! It gave us good energy to start the day! Will definitely come back!

The property is nice with restaurants and buffet. The staff is really helpful with many who spoke English. The room is clean and I enjoy the daily housekeeping. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the major train stations which is inside this huge shopping mall with restaurants and high end stores. Try Tully’s Cafe it’s like a Starbucks and yes Starbucks is nearby too. I felt safe and it is right in the middle of everything. A short taxi ride to Shibuya or Shinjuku.

Nice hotel with great location close to shopping, dining, and ground transportation to all attractions. The staff was very friendly. The room is very clean, though the amenities is bit outdated. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel and will definitely stay there again next time in Tokyo.

This is one of the warmest hotels we’ve stayed in Japan so far. All staff are so welcoming and passionate to help where they can. Mariko San from the front desk assisted us with a phone enquiry and since then remembered us and greets us whenever she sees us and wishes us a great day. Made us feel like home! Having the option of choosing late room service is a plus and most favourable to us. Conveniently located, there’s a small convenient store within the hotel and 3 convenient stores close by, short walking distance to metro and many shopping and restaurants around. Will definitely revisit next time we come to Japan. Thank you to all the smiley staff. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here several times. The rooms are a little more spacious than what is typical for Tokyo. It’s very convenient to Ikebukuro Station. Lots of dining and shopping options in the area. Will definitely continue to stay here on trips to Tokyo.

This property is across from the train . I thought it was going to be very noisy but it was very quiet. Make sure you get the breakfast when you make your reservation because it is cheaper
