“Perfect Location”
The hotel is perfectly situated with it being close to JR and Keiko bus services. The train lines are also within 5-10minutes walk. The friendly staff made it easy to ask for directions. There is also a direct bus transfers from the airport. Would definately be back :)
“Will definitely stay here again”
Great location, the Friendly Airport Limousine Bus stops at the lobby. The Shinjuku station exit is right beside the hotel, nearest to Oedo and Shinjuku lines. Takashimaya is a few mins away. Many restaurants and Electronic stores in the area. Excellent choice. Will definitely stay there again. They even have a business center where they have computers and a printer should you need to check in online for your flight, but wired internet is complimentary in the rooms. Rooms are spacious for Japan standards. Wish there was bell service though but most hotels in Japan don't have it. All in all, highly recommended.
“Great location and nice hotel”
Very nice location right next to the Shinjuku Station. Rooms are small as expected in Japan, but roomy enough, and very clean. Fast internet is included. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is full of stores and restaurants, and a few convenience stores are less than a minute away.

Excellent location, close to everything from train station, restaurants, shops. Definitely my next stay in Tokyo will be at the Sunroute Plaza

This Hotel has a great location, clean rooms, good breakfast, beautiful interior, very small rooms but very clean and confortable... it was an excellent choice in tokyo.

The location was excellent - close to train and subway stations, a large number restaurants and shopping malls. The room was very clean and service was great. The only down side was the small size of the room. But for the rate I paid, it was a good deal.
“Best value for Tokyo's Shinjuku District”
This wonderful hotel's location offers excellent logistics for travellers and shoppers. It's nicely tucked into the busy highrise commercial area of Shinjuku. The entrance is cleverly set back off the sidewalk, giving a sense of calm and human scale among the tallest buildings in Tokyo. The staff is excellent, and the dining choices are reasonable and relaxing, perfect for a drink or a bite to eat at the end of the day. Nearby is a fantastic camera/electronics superstore plus several department stores. The staff can provide a useful map to the shopping choices. Overall, this hotel offers the best value in Shinjuku. The hotel also offers a very fast and convenient airport shuttle bus directly to Narita Airport, easier to use than the Narita Express train down the street at Shinjuku Station.
“Great location”
I stayed here twice. This is a clean hotel that gives you what you need, located very close to a major train station.
“No Frills Luxury”
As the title suggests, this hotel represents a luxury feel without the actual concierge like services that would come along with a full service luxury hotel, which suited us just fine because all we wanted was clean, comfortable accommodations for our week long stay. Definitely one of the best values I have found in a long time.
