“Good location”

Right next to Shinjuku Station so you can take the Narita Express from the airport. I had a bit of trouble finding it (came out the wrong exit of the station) but some friendly people on the street helped me out. I recommend taking the map from the hotel website showing Lumine 1 and McDonald's as these are pretty easy to see. Breakfast buffet was great - lots of selection both Japanese and American and there's a Japanese noodle shop just next door that was very good.

“Great Location”

Having stayed in Shinjuku before and being on vacation, we knew that staying within walking distance of the station would be a must. The Sunroute Plaza is a short 5 minute walk from the station. This for us is reason enough to stay there next time we visit Tokyo. But aside from that fact it is a clean, hospitable and comfortable hotel. It's also close to some great restaurants, convenience stores and there is a citibank atm next door for 'gaijin's' like us. I would definately recommend this hotel.

“Great value and location”

From Shinjuku JR take the Southern exit and it is just minutes away . The hotel more than met our expectations , its in a great location and so easy to get to other places of interest. The staff are helpful and as always in Japan very polite. Breakfasts are great with a wide selection , you get a slight reduction if booked ahead. It is certainly a hotel that we will use again.

“Perfect Location”

The hotel is perfectly situated with it being close to JR and Keiko bus services. The train lines are also within 5-10minutes walk. The friendly staff made it easy to ask for directions. There is also a direct bus transfers from the airport. Would definately be back :)

“Great hotel in great location”

Easy walking distance from Shinjuku station (southern terrace exit). Plenty of food close to the hotel, and just a short walk (15min) from Shinjuku's entertainment/nightlife district. Plenty of shopping options in the immediate vicinity for all budgets. Being close to Shinjuku station made this a great base to explore Tokyo via both rail and subway. Hotel staff were great, and were more than happy to hold onto luggage before check-in and after check out.

“Will definitely stay here again”

Great location, the Friendly Airport Limousine Bus stops at the lobby. The Shinjuku station exit is right beside the hotel, nearest to Oedo and Shinjuku lines. Takashimaya is a few mins away. Many restaurants and Electronic stores in the area. Excellent choice. Will definitely stay there again. They even have a business center where they have computers and a printer should you need to check in online for your flight, but wired internet is complimentary in the rooms. Rooms are spacious for Japan standards. Wish there was bell service though but most hotels in Japan don't have it. All in all, highly recommended.

“Great location and nice hotel”

Very nice location right next to the Shinjuku Station. Rooms are small as expected in Japan, but roomy enough, and very clean. Fast internet is included. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is full of stores and restaurants, and a few convenience stores are less than a minute away.

“Excellent hotel with great location!”

This is a great hotel for leisure or business. Very close to several station exits and major shopping areas all around the hotel. The hotel lobby has a sophisticated look and the rooms were kept very clean and tidy. Hotel staffs are very nice and keen to help all the time. The toilet at the hotel lobby is a must try!! The room of course are small but normal in tokyo standard. I would recommend the Queen room if you have large baggages as the economy room would be very tight. Overall very satisfied, only down side would be the communication barrier - the staffs have very minimal understanding of english and trying to get a message across is frustrating.

The hotel was in a great location in Shinjuku. It was clean and the staff were helpful. The price for the 10 day stay we had was great.
