Worth every yen!Posted Dec 13, 2013
Pros: Good value for money. Very convenient.
Cons: Wifi in the room please...
Location: Close to T-CAT (Limo bus to airport), Hanzomon Line's subway, 7-Eleven, Tokyo Skytree (few stations away from Suitengumae).
Good value for money. Very convenient. Facilities & room wise, enough (vending machines, internet (wired connection in the room & wifi at the lobby), kettle/boiler, toiletries, hair dryer, tv etc). Breakfast was simple & delicious. Staff was very helpful & pleasant. Definitely will come back here.

Convenient location, free daily breakfast, englishPosted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: location, breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: lobby closes between midnight at 6am makes it kind of inconvenient since you would need to call the hotel to open up
Location: 7-11, suitegumae subway station
Great hotel. Easy check in and checkout. The hotel even held our luggage after we checked out so we still had the day to explore Japan until our flight. Daily breakfast provided a nice way to start our day with coffee, tea, and toast (other items change daily i.e. sausage, meatballs, eggs). Rooms were clean and nice. Location is across the street from Suitegumae subway station and a short walk to Kayabacho subway station; thus 2-3 subway stops to the nearest JR station. It was also nice that the staff knew English, many other places in Japan turned out to be a communication struggle. The hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby as well as a map and shuttle. The only caution I can think of is that the hotel lobby is locked between midnight and 6 am and you would need to call the hotel for them to open the doors.

4.5 out of 5 for location & amenitiesPosted Dec 5, 2013
Pros: Location, amenities
Cons: Room size & lotion
Excellent location near to TCAT and Suitengumae Station (1 min walk), and Kayabacho Station (15mins walk). Wifi reception was excellent although had problems with log in the first 2 nights. We could even get strong wifi signal on Level 3 provided you open your room door. Full amenities provided except no lotion. Breakfast was simple with few selections, ie coffee/tea/milk, soup, salad, eggs, bread, jams & 1 sausage/meat patty. Staff were polite & could speak basic English. Uga & Ito were especially helpful with directions & recommendations.

Fine HotelPosted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: Locality, peacefulness, general ambiance.
Cons: Perhaps a more varied breakfast.
Location: Well-located for TCAT. 3 nearby subway lines. Several small shrines and points of notable historical, cultural interest. Lovely riverside walkway.
This hotel initially took a little while to find, but that was more down to my poor navigation. Actually located very close to the TCAT Terminal (for direct transfer to and from Narita Airport), it is just a two minute walk from the river, and well-served by several convenience stores, and local eateries (restaurants, cafes, and quick-stop snack bars). The staff were very amenable, quick to see to any requests, and very attentive. The rooms are perhaps a little small by Western standards, but more than sufficient for someone travelling alone; with a reasonable bathroom (with bath/ shower, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, shaving equipment, comb), television, tea/ coffee facilities, small fridge and air conditioning. Breakfast was fairly basic, but more than enough again for a lone traveller, and with ample space for seating etc. There is a good supply of information regarding the local area (Nihonbashi), and there are three different subway lines within 15 minutes' walk. The area was relatively quiet, despite its proximity to business districts, and there was very little noise from within the hotel itself, even though it is open 24/7. Overall, a very nice hotel, well-suited to single travellers/ businessmen, or couples. I am not sure how good it would be for a family, but I would still recommend it to all.

Nicely placed and a pleasant place to stay.Posted Nov 10, 2013
Pros: The location is easy to get to from the metro & the staff were always very polite and helpful. Everything you need is in the room, except coffee.
Cons: For a budget hotel, everything is there: drinks dispensers, breakfast, laundry.
Location: There are a number of temples and museums. I took a walk east to the river bridge for photos of the SkyTree. Shops, fast food and restaurants aplenty.
The hotel is very close to Suitengumae metro station, and within easy walking distance of another for choice of lines. There is also a coach station for Airport Limousine transport to the airports next to the Suitengumae metro station. There are plenty of stores and restuarants nearby, and places of interest to visit. The double room I had was small, which is quite usual, it would be quite awkward for 2 people with large cases, but for 1 person was adequate. It was cleaned well every day and had had all the lotions and potions you would expect. There was also a kettle and green tea. I know to take my own coffee to Japan. There was also a small fridge for milk. The staff were all very helpful, from the breakfast staff, to cleaners, to reception. They all spoke at least a little English. Reception staff helped me to find the channel with the F1 GP on. There was wired internet in the room free. There were also plenty of official maps in the lobby, and some single-page reprints of particular areas. These were especially useful as you can just take one sheet with you rather than a booklet. It slightly unnerved me that the central floor lobbies are open to the rain. I presume this is deliberate. The lift on the ground floor is indoors, and if the weather is good you think the upper lobbies are inside too, but when it rains you realise the centre is open to the elements. There was one washing machine and one dryer, so you may have to wait to do the laundry.

Good value for money for our stay.Posted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: Hotel has shuttle bus to and from Tokyo station for three days. Free braekfast which is good to start for the day.
Location: Sky Tree Tower is only 4 stations from Suitengumae(Z10) to Oshiage (Z14) cost 190yen one way to visit the tallest communication tower in the world.
The location is good and near Subway train station(Suitengumae) and the Sky Bus Terminal - for airport transfer. Easily move around without any hassle. With our family arriving early in the morning travelling from Narita airport to the hotel, we have bought a One way ride to Oshiage Station (Sky Tree) and Common One-day ticket for Tokyo Metro & Toei Subway for 2,130yen each to go to the Hotel and used the one day ticket for sight seeing for the rest of the day. This deal is only for visitors from abroad. If we take the Sky Bus to the Hotel it will cost us 2,900yen per person. From Suitengumae (Z10) subway will take you directly to Shibuya(Z01) where you can witness the busiest intersection in the world. We had a great time in Disney Sea and Disney World - celebrating 30th Anniversary. One day pass is 6,500yen and 2 days pass is 10,700yen which we took for our family.

Pros: Location only
Cons: staff manner and dinning area
Location: 100 meter from subway
one of the male staff is impolite, no helpful. Room is okay but location is good, which closed to subway. Dinning area too small, breakfast buffet is very limited, no much food to choose. The hotel picture on the website doesn't match with the real building.
