“Good value in Tokyo”

The hotel was convenient as it was only a block from a larger hotel where the airport limousine bus drops you off. Surprisingly, they didn't even ask for a credit card to cover incidentals. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was very limited. Hotel is close to Rappongi night life and walking distance to Tokyo Tower.

“Close to Roppongi but not in middle of the chaos”

Hotel was clean, modern and simple. Rooms were big enough with nice, immaculate bedding and massage chairs in every room (i think). Really enjoyed the breakfasts that were mostly Japanese with some western touches. Just blocks away from the main Roppongi road, which made it a quiet and peaceful place to bed down. Close enough to the chaos of Roppongi if you wanted it, but you aren't forced to deal with the mess if you don't want to. The hotel and my room in particular were a great value. I expected much less for the relatively low rate I was paying, so I was pleasantly surprised.

“Good Value”

Great location right at subway station. Breakfast takes getting used to for Americans. Not traditional eggs, toast, etc. but you are in Japan and many other hotels don't include breakfast for twice the price. Worst items was the bed. HARD! Not too comfy but you manage. Would stay there again? yes.

“Great Location, Good Service, Stale Smoke Smell in the hall”

The room I had, was zero view it looked out on to another building. The entire hotel smelled stale like smoke. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety, the hotel was right by the mtr which allowed us easy travel. The business center is free to use and the staff is very helpful. The check out is very strict, we were running 5 minutes late and we got a call in our room.

“Clean & friendly, but not amazing.”

My husband and I stayed for two nights over New Years Eve and New Years Day. The hotel was clean, decent size for Japanese standards, and the breakfast was alright. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped for, but other than that the stay was pleasant enough. The breakfast buffet was nice except it ended at 9:30am on weekdays and 10am on holidays (after NYE it was difficult to make it that early!)

“Great location, Great Value”

Definitely the price is right, given included breakfast for two. If you're looking for a step above the average business hotels, this is your place. If you're looking for a moderately priced hotel in the heart of the city, this is the place. If you're looking for the lap of luxury and style with all of the amenities and service of the stars, you're out of your mind. Great value for a very good place.
