Convenient hotel, great staffPosted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: Very convenient for travel (JR trains and subway are a short walk away). Good breakfast.
Cons: A little more space in the rooms for clothes would be good.
Location: Close to Tamachi JR station and Mita Subway, so easy to get anywhere.
I was staying here because I was working nearby. I was a first-time visitor to Japan and found the hotel process pretty easy.

Cheap clean hotel close to train stationPosted Oct 6, 2013
Pros: Free breakfast, close to train station.
Cons: Wifi in rooms. Bed too hard.
Clean room, reasonable size. Bed a little too hard for my likening. Great view of the train lines including bullet trains and Mt Fuji when it was out. Breakfast satisfactory, not a lot of variety. Only about a 5min walk to the train station which was convenient. No wifi in rooms but it was available in the lobby. Overall I can highly recommend recommend if you can get a good deal.

clean comfortable and well pricedPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
close to Tamachi sation on the Yamanote line and Mita station (2 subway lines) including the Asakusa and Mita lines. The bathroom was probably the best feature, fairly spacious for Japanese standards with typical high-tech toilet and nice large shower. The free buffet breakfast was also a great perk, offering mostly Japanese style with some Western additions like crescents, rolls and yogurt. The WIFI is only available in the lobby which is kind of a pain to go down everytime. I would definitely stay here again.

I would recommendPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is about one block from the Tamachi metro stop - so you can get there by train and metro from the airport (NRT) in about 1.5 hours ($50US one way for both). I only stayed in Tokyo two nights, so not sure how centrally located the hotel is, but was able to get to everything I wanted to see by metro or cab. The room was small but had already read that all hotel rooms are small. Plenty of room though for luggage and bed, shower et al were very comfortable. Breakfast included was in the lobby and a little light on diverse food, but enough to make it worth it. I have nothing to compare this hotel with, but it was good enough, the price was great, clean and modern, and convenient. I would stay here again.

Cons: Only Japanese TV
The hotel was very good the room was small very clean and well maintained but very good value, the breakfast is Japanese not western. It is very handy to the subway from there 10 minutes to Tokyo Station. There are restaurants, post office and a supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Free WiFi in the foyer ask at the desk for a logon this one runs out after 3 days, then just ask for another one. There are also washing machines and dryers on the 14th floor 200 yen for the washer , 50 yen for powder and 100 yen for the dryer. The hotel was exactly as shown on the website.

Good hotelPosted May 21, 2013
Good service, prompt service, excellent breakfast. We booked for 7 days but stayed for 6 days and they are very accommodative and allowed us to check out one day earlier, very flexible. Wifi in the lobby only. It would have been better if they complimentary wifi in the room. 6-8 minutes walking distance to Tamachi subway. There is a standing sushi joint near to tamachi station, value for money.

Convenient locationPosted May 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is located near both the train and subway stations. Breakfast in the lobby was simple, but good. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel if you can sacrifice a few things.Posted Apr 26, 2013
Pros: Convenient location to store and stations. Breakfast wasn't bad but repetitive.
Cons: Lack of wireless in the room. Lack of shelves.
Location: Business district. Places, including restaurants, close around 10pm depending on which direct you walk. Open later near the station.
Overall it was a nice hotel and a good price through discounted websites. Understand that the building to this hotel is primarily for businesses and the hotel is just in the middle of it all (14F - 16F). The hotel is positioned in a business district (i.e. not a very fun nightlife). It is about a 6-8 min walk to the Tamachi and Mita station so that was convenient. Those 2 stations can take you anywhere in Tokyo so long as you know how to navigate and check the train routes. It is across the street to a market, very useful when everything depends on walking. Also, the building is part of a "twin building" design so there's another one that looks similar but a block away so if you're walking there based on visual, don't get fooled (ask me how I know). You can tell the difference easily since the non-hotel building is 3 times taller. They provide free internet in the lobby and LAN internet in the room so if you are depending on your tablet then you're out of luck in the room. That's one of the major downsides (other than being in a business district) to staying here if you're here on vacation. So bring a laptop or prepare to stay in the lobby if you're using internet calling on your phone or tablet. P.S. not a lot of closet space so plan on your room exploding with clothes if you're staying for a few weeks.
