Requested for non-smoking room, got a smokey roomPosted Apr 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Requested for a non smoking room, got a room that was very smokey and uncomfortable. Staff did not speak English . However, hotel was near train station and Starbucks. Grocery stores and restaurant walking distant.

Excellent LocationPosted Jan 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
I've stayed in other Hotel Wing branches before and knew what to expect and the one in Meguro was no exception. Great hotel location, just opposite the road from the JR Meguro Station, which meant convenient access to all of the best parts of Tokyo. Affordable price, good service and generously sized rooms for a business hotel. Possibly the only down side would be that like many Tokyo hotels, air-conditioning and heaters are centralized meaning that there is only the option of having a heater in the Winter months, like when we visited. The room windows were also locked, so the rooms got a little stuffy.

Good location and servicePosted Dec 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good service and nice room for simple stay in Tokyo west side. To be honest, not a gourgious hotel but good enough to stay in center of Tokyo with simple need (stay, cleaness, simple facility).

Not bad. Not very clean or exquisite but you get what you pay for. Convenient locale.

Great choice for a bare bones but nice roomPosted Jul 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel Wing Meguro fully met my expectations and I would stay there again. My room was small but plenty of space to sleep comfortably. The staff was friendly. The breakfast food in the restaurant was a good value. It was close to the station but a little hard to find (as are most buildings in Japan because they have a different address system) so I recommend printing out a clear map and showing it to locals as soon as you get to Meguro station.

Pros: Close to rail line.
Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Room was dirty and the street noise was heard.
