“good choice”

we were very happy to stay there for 10days. It was so easy to go there using airport bus from Narita airport.(about $35 for 1 person) hotel is in front of Shinagawa station, easy to access train and bus. Also, there were nice restaurants, lot of store to shop, coffee shops and convinience store around hotel. only problem was wi-fi was not available.. I could not use my I-pad. (However, Hotel has rental Laptop service for $12 / day.)

“Highly recommend”

Very roomy, we had king bed with plenty of room to walk around. Two small arm chairs and small coffee table--enough room for two to comfortably eat take out meals at the table. Comes with complimentary tea bags and English language newspaper, yukata, and toiletries--toothbrush, toothpaste, brush, comb, etc. Comfortable, clean and very QUIET despite being across the street from a train station. Never heard train noise, street noise, or other hotel guests. Very convenient--right across the street from the Shinagawa JR train station. This stn has access to JR Yamanote line, shinkansen, and Narita Express. Lots of places nearby for meals--look in and around the train stn. Would go back again without hesitation.

“A hotel I would always go back to”

The hotel is located right at the Shinagawa station and therefore absolutely convenient for all your train and subway needs. The bullet trains stops here as well and I used it to go to Kyoto and Hiroshima. There are also lots of good restaurants, bars, and cafes located around the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are nice.. the price is great, too. The hotel stuff is always helpful and polite. In addition the hotel features it's own clean and nice bars and restaurants. I was extremely pleased with this hotel and would always go back. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a nice place to stay with all possible conveniences.

“Nice hotel in Tokyo”

I very much enjoyed my one-night stay at Pacific Hotel. The room is a nice size considering the fact that most hotel rooms in Tokyo are usually small. The bed was very comfortable - not hard like many Asian beds tend to be. It's an easy walk from Shinagawa station to the hotel - walk across the street toward the MacDonalds, around the corner, and then cross at the street crosswalk (you don't have to go over to the right of the station and go over the crosswalk up in the air), and then just around the bend to the hotel. If you go in the restaurant entrance, you can wheel your suitcase in with ease and take the escalator up to the lobby for check-in.

“Very pleased with Pacific”

The Pacific is literally across the street from Shinagawa train station which is on the "Yamanote Line" that loops through the city and connects major points of interest. Very convenient for daily sight seeing and shopping excursions. The airport express train connects Narita airport with Shinagawa. The airport bus limo will also drop you off at the hotel front door (3000 JPY). Shinagawa is a Shinkansen station, so good for connections if you're taking the high speed train. We stayed on the "Pacific floor" which is nicely renovated. Rooms had a tasteful contemporary decor. Hotel staff were polite and helpful at all times. Bakery shop downstairs for fresh pastry in the mornings, and a very well stocked convenience store open till midnight. Did not eat at the hotel restaurants. Many restaurants located nearby within easy walking distance. I would happily stay at the Pacific again, assuming I could get on the Pacific floor.

“Most beautiful cafe”

Hotel Pacific is in a great location to public transportation, shops and restaurants. The part I enjoyed the most was eating in the coffee shop as it has huge floor to ceiling windows that look out on a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfalls and a koi pond. Free internet was a plus. There is also a free shuttle bus to Disneyland!
