Great hotel, amazing view, perfect location, tinyPosted Nov 10, 2013
Pros: View , view and the restraunt
Cons: Maybe a better mattress, even a japanese style would have been a bit better
Location: 5mins walk to imperial palace and grounds a good 1-2 hour trip
Perfect location, actually located on top of tokyo station more or less (5meters from the north exit) located on top of an office building, so excellent views all round (lowest floor was 26 which is actually where the lobby is) small rooms , but who spends much time in a room in tokyo. Overall was good to find a hotel that was reasonably priced with queen bed and views. Oh and the best restraunt we tried in tokyo is in this hotel. Try the tomato soup, like a gift from the heavens. Restraunt like all good ones in tokyo is expensive however order the lamb for 5,000 yen , it's actually for two people.

Nice business oriented HotelPosted Aug 13, 2013
This hotel is a business oriented hotel located right next to Tokyo Station but is fine for tourists too. The hotel is very nice with decent size rooms for downtown Tokyo. It is located in the business district so there are not many options for great restaurants or nightlife in the area but the subway is just a few short steps away to wish you off to Shibuya or Shinjuku. Overall the location was excellent as it is in the middle of Tokyo so you are minutes away by subway to all the major attractions. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Tokyo.

Enjoyable stayPosted Jun 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff was courteous and friendly and the rooms, while small, were cozy and comfortable. The shower was fabulous! The breakfast buffet was delicious! And being so close to Tokyo station was very convenient. I would stay here again!

At Tokyo stationPosted May 29, 2013
Pros: Location & view
Location: Station, imperial palace, Ginza shopping.
Rooms are small but manageable for 2. Location is excellent for getting around tokyo, either by train or foot. Ask for south facing room and watch Shinkansen coming and going.

Great location & value for moneyPosted May 29, 2013
Pros: Location, views, comfort.
Cons: Dark reception - if I have to find a negative. Restaurant quite upmarket
Location: Excellent - easy access to Ginza / Marunouchi Easy access to Tokyo station Loads of restaurants nearby in the station area, all budgets
Superb location, floors 27 upwards of an office block so guaranteed a room with a view. All staff very polite & efficient. Breakfast very expensive (as usual in Japan) - 2 Starbucks in very easy reach as alternative and Dean & Delucca less than 10 minutes away for that Western food! Many Japanese places for Eastern breakfast much cheaper than hotel. Can't fault the hotel, easy access to N'ex & Shinkansen, hotel is attached to Tokyo station. Walking distance to Ginza We had a great room looking directly down on the station 3127 If you want a bit of Western comfort look up the cafe at the Bridgestone Art Gallery, amazing cream tea, less than 10 minutes walk from hotel.

Great hotel for exploring TokyoPosted May 24, 2013
Superb location with exits into Tokyo JR station. Staff very helpful and even let us check in early. Only one negative we asked for a non smoking room but got a 'perfumed' smoking room. View was amazing, avoid the bar if it is full of loud western business men.
