Excellent modern hotelPosted May 25, 2014
Pros: Location, rates and modern room
Location: Excellent for the JR station, the Ginza district and the Imperial Gardens are within walking distance.
This is an excellent modern hotel extremely conveniently located for JR Tokyo station and the metro line. The station complex also has numerous restaurants very near the hotel, as well as Starbucks, a convenience store and other shops.

Perfect LocationPosted Apr 8, 2014
Cons: Hoping to have at least one (1) English TV channels for kids.
Perfect Location to all underground trains and Narita Express and tour bus station - If you are planning on any day tours around Tokyo. Near to everything - convenience stores, restaurant, Kitchen street, Mcdonald's, Japanese restaurant and Shopping area just below hotel. Hotel Staff are so helpful and all speak English. Rooms are comfortable, clean, good amenities, free bottled water, Just right for a Japanese standard room. However, English TV channels are limited. Traveled with my family with kids ages 12 and below. Highly Recommended. Thankful for the feedback and reviews here in Expedia.

Great location in the Financial DistrictPosted Feb 21, 2014
Like most hotels in Tokyo the rooms was small but very organized and in good condition. There are lots of drawers to stow gear. The hotel is right at the Ninhombashi exit to the Tokyo Station where the train from Narita comes in. It is also an easy place to find at any time. The problem on arrival at the train station is finding the Ninhombashi exit. Tokyo station is enormous. So, it would be good to get very clear directions from the hotel, as their website, is not very helpful. You can also get info from the train station website. Be aware that the train station is on many floors. Once you get near the Ninhombashi exit there are signs with the hotel's name on it but the hotel name is not prominent on the building itself. Like many hotel in Tokyo, it is the upper floors of a tall building. It does have its own elevator and once you get to the 27th floor you reach the hotel lobby. Another set of elevators takes you up to the rooms which do have great views. If you don't speak Japanese, the staff does speak English, but it is limited. The hotel is close to the Imperial Gardens which are nice to walk in.

Prime Location, Reflect What is Tokyo likePosted Feb 9, 2014
Pros: Stylish, Location, and Friendly Stuff
Location: It's at the prime location of the Tokyo station (closer to the JR side), and it's convenient to get to the Airport shuttle bus location as well.
It a pleasant stay with Marunouchi, the prime location pretty much reflect what Tokyo is about. The shopping areas, foods and the night life is just a few steps away. You can get to any other tourist spots easily through the subway and the JR, technically just downstairs of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Weekend in TokyoPosted Jan 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. The location was perfect since I took the Narita Express train from the airport. The hotel is right next door to Tokyo Station- just make sure you get the correct exit name. The entire staff is very friendly, accommodating and professional.

Great value and locationPosted Dec 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is elegant and the staff were very gracious and helpful. Rooms are spotless and come with a fridge, coffee/tea supplies and a safe. The hotel is in a downtown building with nice views and has a very nice restaurant and bar. It is directly across from Tokyo metro station (north entrance) and also close Otemachi metro station. There is a Starbucks in the building for a quick breakfast or snack. I thought this was a good value given the quality and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
