Great location if using the train stationPosted Nov 29, 2014
Pros: The view and location. I appreciate the refreshed water, coffee and tea service that they provide. The laundry was timely and the items cleaned nicely
Cons: They wouldn't let us check in until the room was ready, I would prefer if they checked us in then took the bags to the room when it was ready.
Location: Right in the train station on the lower level are great little restaurants, and just around the hotel are joints that are fun to go to have a drink .
We like this hotel but the rooms are very compact. You have to be very organized to have 2 people and all the things we carry. The room is nicely organized for such a small space and very fresh and clean. The views from some sides are extraordinary. The staff was very helpful and really try to get you what you are asking for. Their communication in English was excellent. Another thing to consider is where in Tokyo will you be spending your time. This trip we were in the Roppongi/Minato-ku area and it is a bit more difficult to get there from the hotel.

Great business hotel next to Tokyo stationPosted Nov 9, 2014
Pros: Location. It's just at the Nihombashi exit of the Tokyo station.
Location: Dining by Kitchen Street and shopping at the basement level of Yaesu exit area.
Stayed here for 4 nights while vacationing with family. Staff efficient and hotel area (at the 27th floor of the Sapia Tower) is secured by key card access.

Perfect locationPosted Oct 19, 2014
This is a classy hotel with friendly staff and nice, decent sized rooms. The best bit is the location just above Tokyo Station. I've stopped here twice for short stays and would always come back. All the rooms will have great views because of the dizzy heights.

Good for one nightPosted Oct 14, 2014
Overall I would recommend this hotel but only for 1 or 2 nights max. especially if you choose the deluxe queen room. The room was clean but really small and the queen size bed was not a queen size bed, especially when compared to the queen size bed in the Century Southern Tower Hotel. It is close to Tokyo station so it is good access to trains, but if you need the Airport limousine bus service, it is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop access only takes cash, so be prepared.

Room comfortPosted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: The room is too small but what they can do now!
Location: Very convenient.
We realize that the land is very expensive in Tokyo but the room was too small for the price.

Center of Tokyo, next to Tokyo Train Station.Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: view, cleanliness and comfort.
Cons: Almost nothing.
Location: In the heart of Tokyo. Close to everything.
We stayed in the center of Tokyo across the street from the Tokyo Train Station. Ultra modern hotel with reception and all rooms starting on the 27th floor of a new Tokyo skyscraper. Although the room was small, it had 10 foot ceilings and we had an all glass corner room with windows from floor to ceiling giving us an unbeatable view of Tokyo. Highly recommend this hotel, as it not only a great hotel, but the prices were very competitive.
