Typical Japan HotelPosted Feb 13, 2014
Good hotel but if the smoke smell bothers you make sure to get a none smoking floor ( which are few )

Nice LocalityPosted Feb 10, 2014
Pros: 24hours convenient store just downstairs
It is just a 5mins walk from Osaki - that has the Yamanote and Rinkai Line convenient to travel to Odaiba and even to Disneyland.. There is a Shopping centre with restaurants selling cheap food and a supermarket and Daiso at the ground level - which is connected to the hotel's basement

A bit weatheredPosted Feb 8, 2014
The staff at this hotel were good but the room has seen better days. It felt a bit stuffy and the walls and furniture were marked with scuffs and dirt.

Disappointing place to stay.Posted Feb 4, 2014
Pros: Good price and close proximity to train station.
Cons: English menu in restaurant. Better in-room control of AC/heating unit.
Location: Good location close to Osaki train station.
Considering the location in Tokyo this is probably a good value. We found there were no English language menus in the hotel restaurant and the staff spoke little if any English. My wife found a hard sharp object in her salad that appeared to be a rock. We chose to eat elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. The beds in the room varied from acceptable to hard and lumpy. The same can be said for the pillows. We had no control over the temperature level in the room and it was unacceptably hot. There was free Wi-Fi in the lobby that worked very well. Overall not terrible but would stay somewhere different next time.

Location is ok but hotel is oldPosted Jan 15, 2014
Cons: Time to remodel the rooms and add some noise insulation between rooms.
Location: Easy access to Osaki Yamanote line.
Staff was nice and pleasant at check in. The room size was fine but the hotel in general is old. I could hear my neighbors talking until almost 2AM while watching some sport event on TV so I am guessing the walls are pretty thin...

Good location in middle of TokyoPosted Dec 6, 2013
Pros: Comfortable rooms and clean facilities.
Cons: Had to pay an unreasonable amount for a third person. Lack of complimentary Wifi, surprising for this kind of hotels.
Location: Not too far from Railway station. Near a Burger King.

A "Japanese" hotel, small but comfortable. Very convenient, one stop from Shinagawa on the JR line.

Centralize location but small room!Posted Nov 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Advantages: 1) location very close to subway 2) Daiso, Life supermarket, Sanrio shop,10 restaurants below hotel 3) Free wifi( ask hotel reception for code) 4)Hotel staff very helpful n friendly 5) Vending machines - drinks, beer snacks n 3 min noodle - located at hotel lobby 6) take OSAKI station to airport, Shijuku, etc; convenient! Disadvantages: 1) hotel room very small. There are basically two types: Semi double room & Double room. If there are two small size people, it's fine to use the semi double room. Otherwise, opt for the Double room. Three people also. I saw three single beds in some of those rooms during room cleaning. 2) taxi have to stop 1 st level while lobby is at 3 rd level. 3) Pillow very very soft. 4) Rooms no open window; can be warm, dry.. Air-con is turned to warm air. Hope all these points can help. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay as those advantages outweigh the bad ones as we only used the room to sleep at night. Enjoy!!

Great locationPosted Oct 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Comfortable beds, nice shower amenities, clean room. They gave us three beds (for three of us), which was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting two beds only. Convenient as it's near the station and linked to a shopping mall where there's daiso, a supermarket, matsumoto kiyoshi, etc... Will definitely stay again.
