“The Best Hotel In the World”
I have over 1 million miles on United alone. And I fly JAL whenever I go to Japan (about 3-4 times a year). The Royal Park is consistently my favorite hotel in the world. The location can't be beat - there is even a Citibank ATM (US cards work) at the TCAT Center next door! The staff has excellent English command, the laundry service is out of this world (you should have some done just to see). You can easily walk to the Ginza and on the way pass the Tokyo Stock Market. The Sumida River is about 100 meters away, so you can walk on the banks if Tokyo is overwhelming you. The Suitengumae stop on the Hanzomon subway line is literally in the basement of the hotel, or you can turn right and walk about 4 blocks to the Ningyocho station on the Hibiya line which goes directly to Akihibara (the electronics district. The breakfast buffet and the outdoor waterfall in the lobby restaurant is terrific. Try the hamburger - probably the best in Japan. The Royal Park is a can't miss!
“Loved the location”
we had an executive room, exellent view and service.Staff were wonderful
“Very sound, location apart”
This is a very good hotel - at least the executive floor that we stayed on was. Nice room, tremendous views, typically excellent Japanese service. Slight problem relating to the location. It's in a business district and so the only evening eating option in the immediate vicinity veer towards the functional. We wanted to eat well and were disappointed by the offerings. A bit of planning (and a short taxi ride) would have solved the problem, so no major criticism. Another problem related to printing. I wanted to print something out. The concierge very swiftly ordered up a printer to the room! However, the nice lady who was sent up with it spent an hour (!) setting it up (as much as microsoft error, as hers) before I finally went down to the business cnetre, which I shd have done in the 1st place. Again no big criticism of what is in all other respects a very good hotel.

“Service attentive, location great”
Location is great. Good connection to train stations. Next to TCAT. Many wonderful little shops reminiscent of an older Tokyo. Hotel staff takes your luggage to the bus terminal. Staff is helpful and genuinely accommodating. Rooms are small, but that is par for Japan hotels.
“Looking forward to our next stay”
We stayed at the Royal Park for two nights upon our arrival in Japan. The hotel surpassed our expectations (which were fairly high based on other reviews). Excellent service, very clean, and great location. Having the subway access via the basement puts all of Tokyo within minutes of your hotel room. We are looking forward to 5 more nights at the end of our Japan visit
“Most Convenient in Tokyo”
Next (connected) to the City Air Terminal and subway station, this hotel is the best for foreign travelers who want to save the time to/from Narita airport. Also, this place is not too far from famous spots, such as Ginza, Nihonbashi, Akihabara and Asakusa, and of course easy to access to the business area in Marunouchi, Otemachi, Kasumigaseki and so on. Room is not big but no problem to stay and work at the desk. Quick internet access, using by TV set is free and very fast. If you have a flash memory in which you saved your favorite site and other information, you can use it as your own PC.
“Outstanding place to stay”
Great place to stay & very convienent to subway & transportation to airport. The employees are "outstanding" & go out of their way to provide any assistance. The issue with the comfort of the room issue had to do with the thermostat & ability to control the temperature.
“Simply excellent”
Near metro station, 100% clean, five star service, great view front top of building.
“Excellent hotel, excellent location”
We were traveling with a young child (2 years old), arriving from New York City, so we really needed a place with a good location, which was easy to reach, to leave from, and to travel to while in Tokyo. We took a bus from Narita to the Tokyo City Air Terminal -- we had to wait 3 minutes for the bus and the trip took about 50 minutes. The hotel is about 2 minutes from the TCAT. While I would not describe our room as being large (it is Tokyo, after all), it was very clean, pleasant and extremely quiet (even though the room that we had overlooked a nearby highway). The hotel was within a couple of minutes from two separate Tokyo subway lines, which made getting around Tokyo very easy. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate neighborhood, which made it easy to go out with our two-year old daughter and to buy her food. The hotel also provided us with a great cot for our daughter. I travel a lot for both work and pleasure, but, all in all, I would stay again at this hotel in a heartbeat.
