“Perfect Location to Explore Japan”

Fantastic location with nearly every amentiy you could ask for. This is an oft forgotten great place to spend a long trip vacationing in Japan.

“Convenient, clean, I would definiately go back.”

This hotel was extremely covenient to a major train stop that allows easy access to attractions all around Tokyo and Japan. Not only that but it offers many conveninces within the hotel itself such as restaurants, convenience store, gift shops, and an internet cafe. The walls in the rooms are a little thin, but the room itself is clean and safe. It is also really easy to get to via Airport Limousine Bus, straight from Narita Airport to the hotel itself. I will stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Very friendly even through the language barrier, hotel was very clean and easy access to the train station made our trip a lot easier. Wish we would have had time to see the dolphins.

Very nice hotel, second I stayed at it while travelling to Tokyo. Right next to Shinagawa station, easy access to local trains and Bullet Trains. Clean room, recently renovated lobby, free internet when you stay at selected rooms. Rooms in the main tower are kind of small by western standard but still very comfortable.

As usual in Japanesse hotels, rooms are small, but are comfortable enough and the price is fair. Hotel is well located and since it is in front of the Shinagawa station, you can easily move around tokyo from this place. There are several convenience stores and a department store with a large food department in the basement. Tokyo is an amazing place and not as expensive as many people think it is.

“Would stay here again”

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Even though we weren't in the "new tower", the rooms had all clearly been recently remodeled and were obviously well cared-for. The location is great, as it's across from a major train station, but not does not suffer the usual noise, etc. one finds near train stations in many cities. While we didn't think much of the hotel's breakfast cafe, many of the restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel were great. (As of this writing, they have both a sake bar, and a wine bar.) The only downside is that some of the staff seemed reluctant to speak English; that is, we waited at a counter rather clearly for several minutes before any of the many employees standing around would acknowledge us. I certainly don't expect people on the street, subway, etc. to randomly help out tourists who don't speak Japanese, but I definitely do expect it from hotel staff. Aside from that, the hotel was very good and I would recommend it.

“Nice hotel, conveniently located”

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel, because there were many amenities within the hotel complex. Also, the room was small, but clean and well-organized (we stayed in the Annex Tower). The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Shinagawa station, which is on the Yamanote Loop that circles Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again.

I hear that your experience with this hotel depends on what tower you stay in. We stayed in the Annex Tower and we loved it. The room was clean, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It was also a great location for tours of Japan, etc.

“Can't Wait To Go Back”

The only thing i did not like about the entire thing was the bed, they like rough beds and we did not have a comfortable mattress; but to be in all honesty that is not an excuse to ruin the trip so i was very satisfied and please to have stayed in this hotel and would definately do it again. The hotel and its staff really did an excellent job and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and provide you what you need; and for their little english they do a really great job in making sure you get what you want and or are completely satisfied with their services. Really Great Experience...
