Great location and value-for-moneyPosted May 3, 2015
Cons: The air conditioner is pretty old, so it doesn't really work. Even when set on 'high' the room can feel pretty warm.
Location: There is a Tax-free drugstore down the street (~5 minutes walk downhill). Many convenience stores if you walk further down (~10 minutes).
1. Location - 5 minutes walk to the Tochomae station on the Oedo line. The Tochomae station is one stop away from Shinjuku station. If you wished, you could walk to Shinjuku station as well (about 15 mins) 2. Free shuttle bus - the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to and fro the hotel that runs the entire day, barring a two hour break in the afternoon. Get the map and bus schedule from reception. The bus runs from Shinjuku station to the hotel (Tip: walk towards gate A15 of Shinjuku station. It's where the drop-off point is. Also, in the mornings, get down about 10 mins before the stated time because the bus will leave once it's full, and you might not get a seat otherwise.) 3. Friendly hotel staff - Most hotel staff speak a decent amount of English. Kawamoto-san is particularly proficient, so ask for her if you can. 4. Reasonable prices - would recommend to upgrade from the most basic room, which is pretty small. We stayed in the standard room for two people for a couple of nights, and decided to upgrade. It only costs a bit more for a much bigger room. Note: Rooms are likely to be too warm in the Summer as the air conditioners are pretty worn out. This probably wouldn't be a problem at any other time of the year.

Well situated and very good quality/price ratio.Posted Apr 25, 2015
Cons: two early check out (10:00AM ) and too late check in (3:00 PM).
Location: To visit the twin towers in front of the hotel !
Easy to reach from Shinjuku station in a nice city area in front of a park.

Posted Apr 10, 2015

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros:
Cons:
