Room was really small, but clean. Hotel was located well, near lots of shopping/dining/attractions and public transport. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The hotel is near everything. But at night crowd gets rowdy, bunch of drunks and you have to be careful walking, bunch of vomit on side of the streets

The hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants, Don Quixote, the subway station and the bus station. Very convenient if you will be traveling to other cities. The staff were very nice and friendly. My only concern was the room was too warm for me and we can’t adjust the thermostat. The lowest temperature we can bring it to is 23 degrees C. Also the bathroom wasn’t very nice cos it’s like a bathroom in an RV

Very convenient hotel located in the heart of Shinjuku’s Kabukicho district. Easy walking distance from Shinjuku Station. Check in was fast and staff was very friendly. Room was decent sized and reasonably priced as far as hotels in the area are concerned. One of my go to hotels whenever I visit Tokyo. Will gladly stay here again.

Parking was a disaster, staff was mostly unhelpful and complete lack of English on all signage does not help. The room and bathroom was tiny. Overall can't recommend this place and won't stay here again

The location of the Shinjuku Prince was excellent. Very close to everything we were interested in visiting. Plenty of dining options. Warm and friendly staff through our stay. The breakfast buffet was a tasty. The Shinjuku Prince exceeded my expectations.

Perfect location for first trip to Tokyo. Room was perfect, clean, comfortable and quiet considering how busy the area is. Subway just outside the door, but it is the busiest subway in the world with 150 exits. Takes a minute to find bearings. Two block away at Lumine Mall has 7and 8 am coffee and breakfast in case you want something other than the hotel buffet ($25). Steps away from many things - natl garden, 3-d cat, museums, shrines, Chuo park. Good food anywhere nearby. Lots of restaurants and shopping.

We booked a standard double to start, but the room was tiny - it was difficult for 2 people to move around the room with suitcases etc. We then upgraded to a 'superior double' , which cost 50% more but the room was fabulous. I would be much more careful around room size booking again

Convenient location to subway and restaurants. Good beds. Good size bathroom. However no room to open large suitcase fully. Sirens every night at bed time even when we are on high floors Concierge is the worst help coz they don’t understand English.

A bit pricey compared to other hotels around hotel gracery is cheaper and good location as well not to mention they have big bathrooms and another issue is the air-conditioner is auto set to 24° on a winter which is very cold and very uncomfortable to sleep

Attached to the Seibu-Shinjuku station and a couple blocks from Shinjuku Station, so extremely convenient for trains. Right across the street from Kabukicho, so couldn't be more convenient for that. Breakfast was excellent/

Right outside the Kabuki-cho and in my opinion, best view of Godzilla. Hotel is aged and small, however it is well maintained with helpful hotel team. For those looking for late night dining, many of the eateries are 24 hours which is excellent experience however also makes this a noisy location. Worth considering depending how light/deep you sleep.
