Good hotel in the center of it all.Posted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: Walked into it.
Cons: more singles room available.
This hotel is right next to Roppongi hill, which means it's in prime location. There are dozens of restaurants near by and even a few american ones like TGI Friday and Outback Steak House. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is very courteous. You can even check out a power adapter if you have a power cord that needs a three prong outlet. It is also close to the train station, so travel is super convenient. Overall, this hotel has the right location and the prices are reasonable.

Made us Smile :)Posted Aug 3, 2013
Location: Tokyo Metro station literally half a block away. Walking distance to river, Tokyo station, Imperial Palace and much more.
The room was a decent size, well stocked with everything we needed and always cleaned well. The staff was always very friendly and helpful - they helped us find places to eat, recommended activities and tours, even called the amusement park we wanted to visit to make sure all the rides would be open that day. Very satisfied with our stay and would likely come back if we are ever back in Tokyo!

A budget hotel beside the metro stationPosted Jul 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was about 10-15 minutes walk away from Tokyo Station; it is easier to get there if you take the local subway because the entrance is right off the subway exit (and there are signs telling you which gate to exit). The hotel is quite close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Although the standard double rooms were small, it is an economical choice if your primary concern of a hotel is to just sleep. Washing machine is quick (30 minutes), but the dryer may take longer (60-90 minutes); the laundry facility closes at midnight, so you may need to wash early.

Conveniently located near a subway stationPosted Jul 2, 2013
Pros: Convenient location, but expensive compared to comparable hotels that offer breakfast.
Cons: Service is not only measured by the attitude of the hotel staff toward the customer but the way staff interact among themselves.
Location: Convenient with Cafe Veloce just next door.
Everything is ok, except my room was too small for opening my luggage. The junior staff were good, but I don't like the way the senior staff (one particular chubby twenty/thirty something male) treat the junior ones.

More of a business hotelPosted Apr 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very small room with no wifi (ethernet cable only). Think the main market is business-people than holiday-makers. Good location for Tokyo central station and plenty of nearby coffee shops.

Very convenient for using subway to sightsee. The hotel caters to the business person with a desk and chairs for two. They also rent laptops for 1000Y for 24hours.

Unhelpful staff, rude waitress and no wifi!!!!Posted Apr 14, 2013
Pros: Worst hotel of the entire trip
Cons: rude staff, no wifi
Location: Location was the only good thing about it!
Really unpleasant and unfriendly hotel. Chose the hotel for it's wifi which wasn't working when i turned up. Staff showed no interest in fixing it or finding a solution. Staff in the hotel's cafe were just plain rude, ordering me away as i wasn't ready to order a drink yet. I was in the middle of trying to sort wifi and wanted just five minutes to sit down whilst i got organised, the waitress just kept shoving a menu in my face and I asked her if i could have 5 minuted before i decide and I was ordered to leave. Just so rude! Only one member of staff was genuninely helpful, wish more of them could've been like her. Smile hotel by name only. Avoid like the plague!
