Nice business hotel

Posted Nov 19, 2014
This hotel is well located in a business part of Tokyo near many of the foreign consulates in Tokyo. The hotel itself is 10 minute walk to hammatsucho station and 7 minute walk to the Tokyo tower which makes it convenient to get around. Beautiful shrine locate right next to the hotel.

Clean and Comfortable and Great Location

Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: Location, beauty, lighting in the rooms. Really comfy bed, and we have two tempurpedic mattresses at home, just as a comparison!
Cons: Spa facility charges are unreasonable. We brought our suits and wanted to go, but at over $20 pp for just one visit, we were too cheap. :(
Location: There is a gorgeous Pure Land Buddhist Temple right next door called Zojoji. Hundreds of haunting Jizo statues in courtyard protect unborn children.
We were in a corner king on the 19th floor with a great view of Tokyo Tower, an easy walk from the Monorail if your bags roll. Because we were listed as Expedia VIP, the hotel unexpectedly included free breakfast vouchers. Two of the mornings, we had the very nice buffet on the 33rd floor. The last two days, we had the exceptional traditional Japanese breakfast in the beautiful restaurant in B1. We NEVER would have paid for the breakfasts at a posted +-$34/pp equivalent (really, Japan?!), but they really were nice perks. Try to get them included somehow. Another thing... don't order coffee in the traditional restaurant unless you are willing to pay $7.50 additional! Yikes! Really, Japan!? Another thing... if you skip maid service every other day, they give a $10 voucher to use in the hotel. We normally skip maid service anyway, so this was a tiny additional perk for us. We bought metro cards at Haneda and they can be reloaded and used on all lines later.

Nice hotel in beautiful setting

Posted Nov 15, 2014
Our room was spacious. This is a large business hotel but we felt comfortable there as casual vacationers. The hotel is in a lovely park setting which provides a nice respite from hectic Tokyo. The location is convenient with two nearby subway lines and a $15 cab ride to Tokyo station. The in-hotel restaurants are very expensive but there are many alternatives especially nearby Le Pain Quotidien for breakfast or brunch.

Great hotel with super view of Tokyo tower

Posted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Staff, view
Location: Close to JR and subway. Shiba park, Tokyo tower, rippongi shops and ginza
Lovely staff, good location (2 min walk to metro/Toei subway station and ¥750 from JR Hamamatsucho). Had a large room with great view of Tokyo tower. Room very clean, and spacious with balcony. Only stayed one night, would have easily stayed longer.

ROOM WITH A VIEW

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Comfortable and easy access to Narita with a direct bus
A large and classic Japanese hotel near Tokyo Tower. My room had a majestic view of the Tower. It stays illuminated throughout the night . I could not believe my luck. I was only there one night but it had all kinds of services and excellent restaurants. But the area seemed remote with little of interest around the hotel. Still my stay was super comfortable and easy access to the Limo Bus service direct to Narita.

Quite business-y but good location

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Staff were very professional and helpful. Sky bar was great for a night cap.
Cons: Decor could be improved
Location: Ginza / Shinbashi / Tsukiji fish market are in walking distance. Metro station is about 5 mins walk.
Rooms feel slighted dated and quite business-y. The Sky bar on the 33rd floor is a little bit pricey, but has great views over Tokyo.

Comfortable and quiet with great view of ,Tokyo to

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Spacious room with pleasing view. Efficient staff eager to get things right - if unbending.
Cons: Its minuses are systemic - but so are its pluses. Older hotel with bureaucratic management.
Expensive to eat there and mpersonal. The nearest metro station doesn't connect with the main sights easily.
