Pros: Comfortable and easy access to Narita with a direct bus
A large and classic Japanese hotel near Tokyo Tower. My room had a majestic view of the Tower. It stays illuminated throughout the night . I could not believe my luck. I was only there one night but it had all kinds of services and excellent restaurants. But the area seemed remote with little of interest around the hotel. Still my stay was super comfortable and easy access to the Limo Bus service direct to Narita.

Quite business-y but good location

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Staff were very professional and helpful. Sky bar was great for a night cap.
Cons: Decor could be improved
Location: Ginza / Shinbashi / Tsukiji fish market are in walking distance. Metro station is about 5 mins walk.
Rooms feel slighted dated and quite business-y. The Sky bar on the 33rd floor is a little bit pricey, but has great views over Tokyo.

Comfortable and quiet with great view of ,Tokyo to

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Spacious room with pleasing view. Efficient staff eager to get things right - if unbending.
Cons: Its minuses are systemic - but so are its pluses. Older hotel with bureaucratic management.
Expensive to eat there and mpersonal. The nearest metro station doesn't connect with the main sights easily.

Nice hotel close to transportation

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Courteous staff and decent price per night. Location with regards to transportation around Tokyo was excellent as well.
Cons: Rooms were a bit outdated (except for the bathroom which was great). Not such a big deal since all you do is sleep.
Location: Location was great. Tokyo Tower is right next door and 2 separate metro stations are within a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location right next to Tokyo Tower. It is also about a 2 minute walk to 2 separate Tokyo Metro stations (Shibakoen and Akabanashi). Although timing of my flights were very early and very late the hotel is a one of the stops for a cheap bus to and from Narita Airport. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I only tried two of the restaurants on location (which were very good) but both were extremely overpriced. As Tokyo has tons of amazing restaurants I would not waste my time eating on site again. I would definitely stay here again.

Luxurious but not centrally located

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Very luxurious facilities and large rooms and bathrooms
Cons: English-speaking staff would have helped. The room styles could also be updated
Location: Close to public transport if you can figure out how to use it as asking people resulted in different (often incorrect) answers!
The hotel is apparently one of the most luxurious in Tokyo in that the rooms are big (although dated) and the bathrooms very impressive. Although it is close to underground stations, it is not within walking distance of any attractions except the Minato tower. As it was raining and I was with my parents, I ended up forking out about £200 in taxis in 2 days! Also the staff didn't speak great English or seem to know how to help. Another tip is to get the airport limousine bus as we got the train and had no idea where we are going!

Pros: See above
Cons: Outside building looks a little tired
Location: Hop on off bus, Bund, shopping, subway
Breakfast and gym and pool all extra charge, but excellent in every way. I have never seen a more well equipped exercise facility in a hotel : 25m pool, every bit of attire you need. Staff all very polite and helpful, magnificent view with an excellent breakfast. Central, with easy access to places with subway and cheap taxi rides. Tokyo in general is the cleanest, friendliest, most organised city I have ever visited, it is more first world than Australian cities.

Pros: Great views. Good restaurants nearby, 5 min walk to the nearest subway station, had a great time and would go again.
Cons: Be good if use of the swimming pool was included in the cost of your stay
Good service, helpful staff, rooms clean and very comfortable.

Location: Train station is about 30 sec away. Convenience store was in the hotel.
This spot is appropriate for any occasion! Although I am local, this hotel did not disappoint me. My friend and I stayed in deluxe twin room the other night. The service was excellent, staffs at check-in counter welcomed us with very very polite Japanese attitude and they brought us to the room with every explanation about the facility and the room! When we got into the room, the bellman opened the curtain, tremendous city lights and that famous tokyo tower right into our sights... we had to open a champagne at the balcony! The bathroom was very clean and fancy, there was a walk-in closet, toilet was separated from the bathroom which was pretty convenient. Bed was so comfy, I did not have any trouble sleeping! I felt like I was staying in the dream hotel! I am so glad I chose this place. Coming back again!
