“The Best Hotel I've Ever been to”

I swear, even with the sales prices of 50% off on the room, I went back and forth as to whether or not to stay at this hotel. I'm glad I did. The staff actually gave you the impression that they really cared. I've stayed in a couple of big named hotels in the US, and the staffed only cared as long as they had their hands out. I can see why they don't tip in Japan. The room was excellent, albeit small. I had a corner room both times over my trip (I stayed here twice in one trip). The second time I had a beautiful view of Tokyo tower and the hotel grounds. Hotel is well situated if you want to take the subway in. My only negatives with this hotel are the same negatives I always have with hotels in this price bracket. Because it cost so much, the amenities are considered extra (expect about $20 to use the pool or $40 t use the entire fitness facility during the duration of your stay; $5 dollars a game for the bowling alley, and about $5 to use a computer and print)

“Tokyo - new, convenient, reasonably priced”

I hadn't been to Tokyo for five years, but had stayed at many Prince Hotels. This new one was great - just a few blocks from three different subway lines and free shuttle to JR station. Rooms were great, bathroom was fantastic.

“Only wish we had more time to enjoy our stay!”

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It was very easy to get to, using the airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and luxurious. Our only complaint was that we wanted to enjoy a taste of the city while on our brief layover, and it took quite a walk to get to local restaurants.

“Good price quality!”

Considering the price that we paid (cant remember anymore) the service and facilities were great! All hotels in Tokyo seemed so expensive and this one was one of the cheaper ones so we were a bit worried, but really positively surprised when we got there. Very friendly staff, nice rooms and ok facilities. Metro is near so location was also great. I can just imagine how extravagant more expensive hotels in Tokyo are but this was at least according to European standards fantastic. Can truly recommend it.

“Great New Hotel”

This is a brand new hotel right next to Tokyo tower and an easy cab ride to most places in the city. It also has a number of ammenities, including a spa, very nice restaurants and even a bowling alley!

“good hotel”

Very nice hotel, great service, plenty of places to eat at the hotel. About 15 minute walk to subway station. Used Airport Bus service from Narita which took 80 minutes and dropped you off right at the hotel.

“Exceptional hotel with great location. Would definitely stay there again!”

This hotel definitely lives up to our expectations. The rooms are beautiful with views from all rooms. They are clean and the staff is gracious and want nothing but to please the guests (no matter where you come from). The location is near subways that whisked us off to all areas of Tokyo. From the front door you can visit temples and shrines or see all new architecture. The gardens were beautiful but the time of year we were here they were not in full bloom. We would definitely stay here again.

“very impressed-pleased with everything”

We were pleasantly surprised by the room size & lay out of the room. It made it a very comfortable place to stay. We especially liked the big modern bathroom with separate toilet room.
