Nice hotel next to Tokyo TowerPosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The huge bed and the view.
Cons: We didn't spend long enough to know all the facilities (one night only). Breakfast menu could be improved. The mini-bar selection as well.
Location: Not enough time to discover nearby attractions. Tokyo Tower is very close.
We were upgraded to a 27th floor room and the view was breathtaking. Tokyo's skyline combined with the proximity of the Tokyo Tower was amazing - we kept the curtains completely drawn back and stared at that view. The breakfast (not included and quite expensive) - was pretty basic compared with other hotels we stayed in.

Very pleasant stayPosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Staff, rooms and location
The hotel staff were extremely friendly. When I asked for a short extension for the check out due to my travel schedule, they were very helpful. The rooms are big and clean, and have easy access to all Tokyo attractions. This hotel is on nice neighborhood.

5 star experience at a 4 star pricePosted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Great rooms and excellent staff.
This hotel rocks. It's in a perfect location that's about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Like any city, Tokyo can be chaotic so it's nice to be able to go to your hotel and have it be located in a quiet and peaceful area. Now, when I say quiet and peaceful I don't mean remote or boring, I just mean a no times square vibe. The rooms are nice and comfy and up to American standards. The king beds are super wide and comfortable. There's a balcony and excellent views of the Tokyo Tower from the 27th floor. The staff is top notch and make you feel as if you're a celebrity. To me, staying in a great hotel while on vacation is important, so I will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic Start to Japanese VacationPosted Apr 8, 2015
Great introduction to superb Japanese customer service after 13.5 hour flight. Family of four with 13 and 8 year old children. Booked two rooms. Amazing view of Tokyo tower. Grounds surrounding the hotel --- and nearby temple --- great for exploration. Staff very accommodating with numerous requests for reservations and directions. Very well stocked onsite convenience-type store. Breakfast buffet comprehensive and well presented. Highly recommend.

A phenomenal experience!Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Very romantic place. Rooms are big. The beds were 1.5 X the king size bed in California. You can easily fit 3 people in the bed that we stayed in.
Location: 5 minute walk to Tokyo Tower. 15 minute taxi ride to Sushizanimai at the Tsukiji fish market where you can have the best sushi ever for $40 pp.
We stayed at the hotel during the Cherry blossom week and from our room we could see the Tokyo tower, the cherry blossoms and the temple. The views were fantastic! The staff was incredible. Great location!
