Great Location

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: The location was great. It was right next to Akanebashi subway station.
Cons: The bed could be a little softer.
Location: Tokyo Tower and beautiful gardens are a five minute walk from the hotel.
The room had awesome views and great staff. We would definitely stay here the next time we travel to Tokyo.

Great service, good location, reasonable prices

Posted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: Great staff, good prices.
Cons: The room décor is tired and needs to be renovated at some point. But it was clean
Location: Near a park and close to the metro. Also close to the TV tower.
Delighted to be allowed to check in early after a redeye flight from the UK where Turkish Airlines lost my luggage. Front desk staff worked hard to find me a room at 10 am. The rooms are a little dated but large and airy with good duvets and excellent feather pillows. Everything works. There is a shop on the ground floor selling lots of necessities, as there is nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but amazingly, the prices were fair, about the same as in street shops. The concierge was approachable and very helpful. The only drawback is that while the hotel is central, there isn't much within a short walk, so using the metro is a must.

Pros: I love the bathroom. It looks new and clean.

Location: right next to Tokyo Tower and a temple. great views.
nice, clean room with the best bathroom! The shower is great and the jacuzzi is amazing! The convenient store on the 1 st floor is a nice place to get snacks, drinks, and japanese souvenirs. It opens at 7 am and closes at 1 am. Hotels staffs are kind, polite, and helpful. Will go back again.

Nice hotel in the park

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Rooms were big compared to other places we stayed at. Staff were friendly and helpful, greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and helped us with our luggage. The lobby was well put together. Location wise, there were 2 different subway stations about 5 mins walk away and another one 10 mins walk away. There doesn't seem to be too much happening nearby. If you prefer a quieter place to return for the night and more spacious accommodation, this place would be great. But if you like to be around were all the action is, then maybe stay in another area.

Great Tokyo hotel

Posted Jun 26, 2015
We stayed in 2 rooms over the course of 5 days. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms (on the Panoramic level) were large, bright, clean, and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was blazing fast. There were many restaurant options, some a bit overpriced and others very fairly priced. Speaking of price, our Expedia rate was a terrific value. The location was terrific- we flew into Haneda and used the free hotel shuttle from Hamamatsucho. Subway station Akabanebashi was within 5 minutes, and Shiba Koen station just a little further. A walk to the JR Yamanote line's Hamamatsucho station (also Daimon subway and Haneda monorail) was more like 15 minutes. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
