Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. Easily our favorite accommodation in Japan. Room was spacious, clean, very close to shinagawa station. Would absolutely stay here again

Good location and close to HND . 30 minutes train ride and 3 minutes walk. Nice garden and Tokyo tower view from the room stayed. Breakfast is ok.

Very nice hotel, good for romantic trip. Not recommend for family trip because of price. $30 breakfast is ok, normal price for good quality of food. Hotel services is excellent becouse you can do everything from room. Very nice out door area.

The hotel gardens are beautiful, the sauna is amazing after a busy day exploring Tokyo, and the relaxation room with massage chair was terrific! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This hotel has a beautiful garden that is a hidden gem. Get the breakfast included and it’s a wonderful buffet style with wide variety of foods. The area is quiet and not ideal for young teenagers

The people at this hotel have set a high bar for quality of service, from running down to us in the street walking from the train station to the folks in the restaurant call us by name, the staff are friendly, polite, accommodating helpful. Arranging for taxi service that took us right to the line for the bullet train. The best ever. Room was clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet was great. They even provided an electrical adapter to charge the iPhone/ipad.

The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The service they provided were exceptional. I love their attention to details. The staffs really go above and beyond to care for the customers. We came back to the hotel one night during the rain, without umbrella, the staff at the front door ran out with umbrella and walked us inside.

I absolutely loved the fitness and spa facilities, so clean and nice. the japanese garden and lighting was incredible too.Rooms were beautiful. overall fantastic experience, Highly Recommend!

We were very disappointed we weren’t allowed in the sauna and whirlpool areas because of our tattoos. Everything else about the hotel was great - clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, delicious food.

Very convenient location near Shinagawa station. Property was very clean and facilities were excellent. Staff was amazing and the ground were nice. I have stayed there twice - not the most hip area - but being near Shinagawa is great for the airports and day trips on Shinkansen and shopping at the station is good with Dean and Deluca and a very good food hall. Will go back again.

Enjoyed our stay with beautiful Japanese garden.
Hotel location very near Shinagawa train station. Room was spacious for three adults. Use of gym and sauna/whirlpool were complimentary. Beautiful Japanese garden shared with Grand Prince hotel. Toyota Rent-a-car agency very near the hotel if you need a rental car.

We selected this hotel for our first night in Japan because it was convenient after a long fight from the USA. However, I wish I used them for our entire trip. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station and we could get around Tokyo without issues. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel grounds were the best part. It was to have a tranquil atmosphere in a busy area. I would stay again.

Very high price for low value. Room was on the level of a Sheraton four points, but priced like the Park Hyatt. I checked out after 7 hours and was still charged over $750. Avoid this place.

The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo is a great option, convenient to the Shinagawa train station. We flew into Haneda Airport Sunday afternoon, took a 20-minute train ride and then a 6-minute walk to the hotel across the street to the station. The next morning, we walked back across the street and caught the Shinkansen train to Kyoto. Very convenient.

Easy to walk to from the train station. Very clean hotel, obviously popular with business travelers but not busy overall. Nice service from concierge to provide us with a list of local food and entertainment recommendations. The downside was that there was no knowledge of Expedia VIP room upgrade and even after showing details, no upgrade or alternative benefit was offered.

The hotel has top-notch lobby, elevator, and walkways. The Japanese Garden is really pretty & nice to walkthrough even though you are in a busy city. The room is spacious when comparing to most Tokyo rooms, and bathrooms are spacious too. There aren’t much in the area, but you get to arrive and leave from Haneda airport within 15 minutes of train if you take the Keikyu line, which is unbeatable. And then you can get to most places by taking the Yamanote line. I’ll definitely stay here again.
