Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment.

The room is very big and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help me with all my needs. The swimming pool and spa experience is heavenly. One of the best beds I’ve ever slept on. The view from the lobby and bar is breathtaking. This is an extraordinary hotel with amazing staff. I would like to especially thank Reika and a gentleman from Sri Lanka at the bar, who served us drinks and dinner. They are amazing people.

Amazing!!! The Ritz is a fantastic place. The staff were amazing , to bad the American staff are never as accommodating as the Japanese staff. What a different experience to be in a five star hotel in Japan.

Superb luxury hotel in excellent location Mid town plaza which offers many shops and restaurants. Excellent friendly staff and service. Very good choice of restaurants in the hotel too. Lovely views of Tokyo skyline from the rooms on floors 45 upwards. Would highly recommend this hotel

This Hotel is wonderful. The location is excellent. Close to shops, restaurants and many sights. From the moment you pull up the staff makes you feel special. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. Reception was very efficient and welcoming. Staff at breakfast wonderful and Jumanna made breakfast a special time. The concierge desk great to work with, especially Monica. Moka at reception very helpful and very welcoming. The food excellent. Afternoon tea a delight. The staff at tea and the bar excellent. The rooms a dream! Housekeeping keeps the room spotless. My place to stay in Tokyo when I return. I loved everything about the Ritz Carlton Tokyo. I highly recommend it.

The location is perfect. The staff is super friendly, they pamper you even before check in. The MidTown Mall is connected to the hotel and that is a plus. Is my second visit to this hotel and I can’t imagine stayng in any other hotel.

This was the $1500 splurge on our last day in Japan. I wanted to have a view of Mt Fuji just like the photo in Expedia. We didn't get it. We got some other view. Besides, I didn't know it rains a lot and you often can't SEE Mt Fuji. I could have booked a five hundred dollar room. Second, I booked here for the 'Airport Transport'. It's NOT Ritz-Carlton. It's a Vendor. It BOOKS UP and it COSTS MONEY. I didn't get to enjoy Tokyo because it takes two hours to get to the airport (Three on the bus because it stops at other hotels) and a cab is three hundred dollars. The bus is thirty a person. I could have taken the train/metro but was afraid to get lost at the right terminal. So we sat at Narita for seven hours, three roaming around aimlessly before the United terminal opened. We had less than twenty-four hours in the suite--making the suite about $100 an hour. Yes it was fancy. Yes the staff was above and beyond (one got a Ramune for my son, and another made a beautiful origami). I don't know if people know it's a little scary to have people knock on your door at night--for Californians we get nervous. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Our sushi dinner was phenomenal! My main gripe was that in Japan, you are not expected to tip. But at the Ritz Carlton, the staff lingered as if they expected a tip. Three did. And the whole 'vibe' isn't our 'thing'...I don't like 'snooty', and everyone there was into that, especially the guests. Laguna Niguel one is super nice 100%

A true 5 star hotel and service!
This is a true 5 star hotel with 5 star service to go with it, not a 'fake' 5 star hotel where hotel receive 5 stars based on customer feedback and customer ratings. The service is unbelievably amazing, exceeding all our expectations (there service is almost similar to the famous 7 star hotel in Dubai - Burj Al Arab). There attention to detail in service is almost not human...they are superhuman! The staff know what we wanted before we can even think of it, then they add a little more extra service by advising us on how an alternative will be better than the one we thought up. We arrived about 8 hours early before check-in time, we had a very long flight (about 19 hours with 2 stops before our final destination), we hadn't slept during our trip, they offered us a 'sleeping room' (a room that was available which was a twin room) to rest in until our room was ready for 3pm. The club lounge was very luxurious where there is always something to eat, they allowed us to order room service from the club lounge which from our experience many other 5 star hotels refuse to do this. Few things I think the hotel can improve on is offering their club lounge guest the choice of either breakfast buffet at the main dining area or breakfast at the club lounge. Also, the hotel offers shuttle bus service (at charge) to Narita airport, they should advise their guests at point of checking in that there is an option to book this if they choose.

Nice hotel but an inconvenient location
It is a very fancy hotel but the rooms are not well designed so it does not feel luxurious. Little choices of food at the lobby bar and the breakfast buffet is limited compared to other luxury hotel buffet even by the standard of less expensive one. The lobby feels awkward and corporate. But most of all the location is inconvenient at the end of the mall and the entrance is hard to find, and we needed to walk thru a ghost town of a mall thru confusing passages without signage to find it.

Definitely choose the Club Floor
I can't say I'm a Ritz fan but I chose The Ritz this time because the pool at Park Hyatt was closed for maintenance. I had a room on the Club Floor. If you are going to be out all day then perhaps it's not worth paying extra for the perks. I just wanted to relax at the hotel so it was a very good deal for me. However, I always find the food at the Ritz (not just Tokyo) a bit disappointing. I wouldn't recommend the Sunday brunch there. The brunch/semi-buffet lunch at Park Hyatt was much better in terms of variety, taste and value. I had a lovely massage at the spa but I regret getting the Sodashi product because it's waaaaay overpriced even with my 10% discount. Overall speaking, 4 out of 5 for me. I love my room (should've asked for the Fuji view). I love the staff. I love the pool.
