Very convenient access to Disney parks and modes of transportation, many convenience stores and available restaurant options, and helpful staff for English-speaking travelers. Room was not as clean and nice, as there was dust and hair on many surfaces. Amenities were decent. Laundry room needs improvement: it gets too humid in there and therefore it takes more time than expected to dry clothes properly.

The hotel is between 2 stations, a bit walking. Hotel not near main attraction (ie. Deck/Aqua City...etc), needs to take train. Hotel is old. The mall (restaurants) attach to the hotel are dead, mostly closed.

First , location wise perfect! So convenient because few minutes walk to the nearest train station. Also there were a lot of choices for the restaurant around the vicinity. What i didnt like is there were a lot of visible dust inside the room ,  in the table, bed  tv corner honestly all around the room . So i had to wipe them all with wet tissue  because its so visible and i cant take it.Also i get allergy from the dust. Also on the top of our bedsheet there were few strands of hair , and inside the bath tub there were also hair strand. Its just so uncomfortable knowing that the room is not properly cleaned.

Great location, spacious room
Location was excellent, right next to train stations and super close to the Odaiba malls. I found our double bed room to be quite spacious, too.

The area is really great. Odaiba is a short distance away. There's a shopping center at the bottom level. Not the fanciest room, but it served its purpose.

The room was very small, I had to turn sideways between the bed and small table, but sufficient as I just needed a clean and safe place to sleep. I was attending an event at the Big Sight which is the other side of the rail and a major road, but easy to get to on an elevated and covered walk way. I did not use public transportation but it would have been convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful for this non-speaker of Japanese. I had some packages.shipped to me and they were handled well. Would be nice to have some English language TV channels. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of western and Japanese foods.

The rooms were clean. Easy walk from the station & lots of convenience stores around. Other than the fact that there's no sports gym or a shuttle bus that goes to Narita airport, it would've been a perfect hotel to stay with the family.

Great location for us. Bus to Haneda airport only 700 yen. They are a very self service hotel. A bit strange at check in and they don't make up the room daily but we didn't mind for a two day stay

The description on Expedia indicated Air Conditioning. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and it got quite warm in the room . There were no windows to open. My family and friends had such a difficult time getting the much needed rest for the following day's activities because it was so warm. I recommend not advertising air conditioning if no air conditioning is being provided. The staff indicated that the unit in the room is only for heating.

The room was extremely HOT. They didn’t have cooling system. They only had heating n was set up 26c. Whole floor felt like sauna. We had to move to to a different room at 11:30 at night.
