OK hotel for a day or two

Posted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: Clean, and close to McDonalds.
Cons: Check out time at 10AM is a little silly as you can leave the bags in the lobby with the hotel until you depart.
Location: Close to the monorail Ariake station which is very convenient. It's a good 30 minute walk to the malls in the area.
Not luxurious by any means though, but if you are using the room to sleep in and shower in the morning it gets the job done. Room was very small, which is expected in Tokyo, but it had all of the basic requirements. Bathroom was tiny as well - almost like an enlarged airplane bathroom plus a shower. Ideal for a quick night stay if moving around or for business travellers.

Not bad not great

Posted Nov 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was a last minute booking and one of the only places available for our first night in Tokyo. It served its purpose but I probably wouldn't stay there again unless a similar situation occurred.

Families should stay elsewhere

Posted Aug 8, 2013
Pros: Close to subway station
Cons: Clientelle, cleanliness of lobby.
Location: Ok, but you can get better accommodation in this area.
Seems ok for businessmen and conference attendees, but families should keep away. The foyer looks like a bus terminal and we saw drunk people and vomit on the floor. The other guests appeared to be mostly solitary males. The staff were ok, though seemed very slow with checkin (ours took about half an hour!). Rooms were average, a little on the small side, and the bathroom lock didn't work. There was an "out of order" sign on one of the vending machines in the lobby - I think they should have stuck that sign on the front door of the hotel! For the price you can do much better than this!

In town for Big City

Posted Jul 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
Convenient location for transportation to Narita and Haneda with train access to Tokyo. Clean, active hotel with responsive staff. Walk to shopping. WiFi access everywhere. Variety of restaurants in the building. Closest of several hotels to Big City. Good choice.

Nice hotel

Neighbourhood is quiet at night. Shopping malls are not nearby (have to take moonrail or walk 20min), but Disneyland shuttle and Airport Limousine Bus (charge) stop right at the door is a huge PLUS.

Adequate but not great

Posted Jul 15, 2013
The hotel is only a good choice for people needing to be near Tokyo Big Sight. It is within walking distance of Tokyo Big Sight. Room is very small but clean. WIFI available in the room but WIFI in the room becomes inaccessible once past midnight to your indicated departure date. May be a problem for guests who are only staying one night! Restaurants nearby can be very crowded during big conferences. Lack of choices due to limited number of eateries within easy walking distance.

Nice hotel at Odaiba

Posted Apr 1, 2013
Conveniently located at Big Sight, good for people going for convention just 5 mins away. Odaiba a nice place for shopping, not as packed compared to crowded places like shijuku. Super mart n Mcdonalds just at the doorsteps, super fast wifi connection inside room.
